The location is perfect as it is in the corner of Edsa. So it's is easy to go to either MOA or Double Dragon. Internet is a lot stable this time around (my second stay in the property). I binged watched a lot of Netflix shows. I might be back in June 2023.
Same problems with condo complexes of this size, the presence of small cockroaches.

ok heres my comments in hope we will both understand my comment..the apt has a kitchenette which was nice..so we cooked there..the condo was clean ..ok here are some points need help ..the bathroom shwer was warm not hot an plumbing is leaking..not good.the condo has bugs( roaches) an needs to be exterminated b4 renting out again..also the microwave oven could use an update..
the shower was warm an pipes leaking an the apt has roaches..

i like the property overall
it's not the unit but the bldg maintenance. Maintenance keeps forgetting to collect the trash early from the floors central collection bin. So it ends up getting full and smelly.

near to shops and near to mall is Asia and airport, generally nice location
the flat it’s cute and cosy but a little bit overdose of small things that shouldn’t be the there in such a limited areal , rather the place supposed to be preserved for the guests to feel more freely and comfortable. very nice and good people include very warm and hospitable host ❤️❤️❤️

The unit is clean and comfortable. Ate Julie is very accommodating to all my questions. Nice location.

Not many cable stations, no CNN or any English news or movie channels, bit disappointing.

Not much to like here,
the bed is to hold did not sleep well
The air con is so noisy, it is like a factory all nigth
Can not acces to the swiming pool, you have to pay
Bad wifi, disconnect every 5m
It was so bad that I chekout before the end... they clearly take advantage of the location to get easy money.

Strategic location, nice swimming pool (paid extra 150 php/ person). But the room is not worth the money, messy, bathroom not so clean. But the worst part is that the booking is not done directly with a hotel, but via host (locals are renting the rooms and then renting it further) so nobody from the reception cannot assist you so if you dont have local phone number, no chance to communicate.

The location is perfect for travellers. It is nearby the biggest mall in the metro. You can easily find a taxi outside the building.
I was dissappointed with the room and the service of the host/housekeeper. The room is too small. The carpets/rugs and the living room cushions are dirty. The sofa in the living room is too old and it’s itchy. We requested if they can change the cushion cover but it was not available. The kettle is broken, the remote control was not functioning. So we had to buy a new one. There was no one also in the property to attend to our needs.

the room is very clean and the hygiene products are complete. the kitchen stuff are tidy and complete too. staff is very accommodating and very responsive here. will be back in case we need to book an overnight again. thank you.
the pillows are not very comfortable but it was fine with me
