Fabulous set-up with all the comforts to enjoy while away from home. Lovely private setting. Great location. Easy parking. Very clean. Lights & heater on for our arrival on a cold evening, along with some treats, was a lovely welcoming touch. The kids & I loved playing one of the games available for guests to use. The kids aged 13, 10 & 8 suggested we right a great review & scored it a 10! out of 5.

Beautiful location, Sara was an incredible host who provided us with some nice snacks, coffee pods and teas to get us set up. Very clean comfortable with a lot of space. Highly recommended for all!

The property was homely, spacious, clean, well appointed. A bonus were the added extras that Sarah had left for us, and all complimentary. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The pool was fantastic, considering the temperature was in the high 30s. We had travelled to Torquay for the Rod Stewart concert at Mount Duneed. In the end, no better place to be, but by the pool, drowning our sorrows after being notified that the concert has been cancelled. I look forward to staying here again, and highly recommend a home among the Gumtrees.

I really like the small touches of pantry items for you oil, salt, pepper carton of milk butter Vegemite , jam and even some goodies chips and chocolate. very nice touch. bath and pool towels. good location

the location of the property was nice and quiet.. it was easy to find . the accommadation was great and we would stay again. The swimming pool was good and so was the spa..Sarah the host made us feel very welcome.. would recommend this accommadation .

Beautiful cottage, with very relaxing view straight onto the pool. Quite location, our host Sarah was accommodating and professional. Absolutely loved the attention to detail and the snacks & goodies that were provided. Highly recommend!!

The feeling of space because of the vaulted ceilings and the extras in the fridge and snacks were appreciated.

The fact that there wasn't a pantry to store our foodstuffs. I'm glad I was sharing with another person as it felt a little isolated though it was only 10 minutes from town.

Celebrated my birthday weekend at Sarah's guesthouse! It was an amazing weekend getaway with my family. ❤️ The place was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The written instructions and recommendations (cafes, restaurant, brewery, etc.) were all helpful. And we got to use the pool and the spa - bonus! All the complimentary items were useful to us! And we truly appreciate Sarah's responsiveness - made our stay stress-free! Would love to be back for sure! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This home is in a lovely quiet location, about 4 kms away from the main shopping strip of Torquay, yet easily accessible by car. Host was welcoming, had everything ready for our arrival, and respected our privacy. Everything in the home was clean, well presented and of high quality.

Kitchen needed some more cooking utensils, such as a wooden spoon or silicone tongs.
