Location was central, convenient to trams and quiet with great views.
No coffee machine as was advertised - very disappointed.

The location was fabulous, at the end of the free tram zone. Very easy to get to everything. Very modern apartment, loved the pool.
We were given a map showing the location of the apartment but no information on how to log into the WiFi as you had to scan a qr code to get instructions. We got there in the end but not exactly a smooth process. No aircon in the bedroom which meant we had to open the doors at night and it was noisy/stuffy.

Nice clean apartment right on the water. Only 4th floor, but on the corner and quiet. Nice little alcove with a desk to work from. Free trams right outside.
Only one air conditioner in the living room, so bedroom can get stuffy, especially in the afternoon sun.

The apartment was very clean, had a beautiful view and was even better than we were expecting it to be.
A extra sheet on the beds would have been good as on hot nights, it was too hot for the doona but too cold not to have a sheet over us. The doona was the only option unfortunately.
It would be great if there was a drop box for the keys rather than us having to take our car out of the car park then go back to the 12th floor to return the keys to the room on our departure day, as trying to get parking on the street is very difficult.

We had originally booked for 10 nights but ended up staying for 15 nights. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The views were incredible. It really felt like home. Tram right outside which takes you straight into the city (free). Great cafes all around and a Woolworths supermarket just a 2 minute walk away. Lovely area to walk around as well. Thank you to Grace and the rest of the team for looking after us.
My suggestion would be to have a box of tissues available or some paper towels for the kitchen.

Hard to go from level to level - we had friended in 2 different rooms on different levels and it was hard because you need keys to get on any level besides ground floor

The view was the best part of our stay.
We arrived to a complete different room to the photos, one room had a double bed one had a king, layout was different. Waited an hour to get changed to the room that was stated in the photos with two kids after travelling 10 hours. No aircon in second room not enough space for portacots. We changed rooms and were offered a fan, however pools were not in use the 4 days we stayed (would not have booked if known this) had to do rubbish and dishes basically told to leave it how it was found as we would be charged a cleaning fee $300 bond. Over all we would not class this as a 5 star apartment at all. The lady who changed our rooms for us told us to give a good review as it was her day off and helping us (I found rude) considering we paid almost $1500 for 4 nights we would expect service and help during our stay, got questioned when asking for more towels and toilet paper. We wouldn’t stay here again when returning to Melbourne!

Great location with access to trams, beautiful well furnished apartment with fabulous views. Very convenient for sightseeing trips.
Helpful staff. I had some issues with the bond amount refund (since sorted) but they were very helpful with quick responses.
We also got an room upgrade!

Strategically located within the free tram zone so you don’t need to have a car if you only going around the city.. Woolies is less than 10 mins’ walk away which is very very convenient

We loved how easy and accessible is was to the city? If you wanted to do last minute shopping or dinner. No issues.
As a family, it’s very hard to have it all. We didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t anything to disllike. We liked everything. So thankful to be staying there.
Perhaps one minor thing, one pillow on the sofa, just needed thrown out or washed.

How quite, safe and easy the location was and parking. You could walk to a lot of things that was super convenient
Paid a large amount for something that didn’t feel as tho it had customer experience at the front of their mind as the beds were really uncomfortable also had no top sheet and the large bed was 2 singles pushed together with nothing over the join so that was very uncomfortable. We couldn’t get fresh linen or towels even though we were staying for 4 nights. The staff we checked in with and did call when asking question’s regarding towels and check out ect were abit abrupt and rude.

Self contained apartment so no breakfast included. As it was a self contained apartment I had no expectations about service/ linen change/ new towels etc. Thats what I signed up for.
View was amazing from the apartment.
There was absolutely no storage- no cupboards, wardrobe so I lived out of my case. It took me 2 days to find the power point inside my bathroom mirrored vanity- drying my hair was a little awkward up until then!

Due to our flight being cancelled twice we didn’t get to the apartment until 12.45am and were unable to get through the main entrance to get the keys
Fortunately for us someone came and entered the building so we followed them in and was able to get in

Location was pretty good - about 15 minutes walk to the convention centre.
Hotel prices without the service you would get in a hotel.
They charge a cleaning fee then tell you that you have to leave the apartment clean to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
They do not provide enough toilet paper or toiletries for the duration of the stay (you would not have to purchase toilet paper staying in a hotel).
The hairdryer was in a cupboard in the kitchen, although there were empty cupboards in the bathroom. I had to contact them to find it and it was not easy to contact them.
Couldn’t sleep at night as one of the neighbours was fond of opening and closing the balcony door to after midnight.

Great location, very accommodating facilities for families, pool steam room and gym, comfortable beds and sofa bed too, great open kitchen with island bench, tram access straight out the front of apartment.

The night view of the city and the general facilities at the apartment including the kitchen and washing machine is very handy for a big family. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was also super close to a tram stop (50m) that has a free ride into the city centre. All trams in the city centre is free in Melbourne. Woolworth is about 300m away, so not super close but close enough, we could have picked a place that's closer to the supermarket but we've opted for the view instead.
Our late checkout request was also fulfilled without any dramas, which was important for us, but I guess late checkout availability will depend on whether someone is moving in that day. We were also able to leave our luggage with the office on the checkout day which was remotely opened for us after contacting the host.
I had to walk 200m or so to pick up the keys. It would have been better if we were able to pick up the keys from the building receiption instead of the office for Melbourne Private Apartments.
We also didn't know we had to put out our own trash as we were expecting cleaners to attend to the room each day, but this is more like renting an furnished apartment for a short stay.
The double bed in one of the bedroom is a bit too small (the room in the middle in 2609).
It's not particularly cheap, $700 a day for a 3 bedroom apartment, and basic things like tissues, salt and pepper's not provided, which in my opinion should definitely be provided.
