This unit is large and clean with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the stay. The support team was in contact with us to be sure everything was perfect. This is the way to manage a vacation rental. Thank you so much!

Spacious condo with plenty of room for our party of 7. Clean interior. Loved the location as well. 15-20 minute walk from Lauderdale by the sea. Only property we could tell on the beach with its own tiki bar. So convenient.

The location was great! Right on the beach with a pool and great stretch of beach. Close to Lauderdale by the sea square and pier on commercial street. The ticki hut was fun. The large table and lots of chairs was great for eating with a large family!!

It would have been better if they cut down the beaches obstructing the view of the ocean from the pool and had it like the ocean sky pool next door. This particular room 911 really wasn’t comfortable for 10 even though it says it sleeps 11. But for the price it dos the job! I think a vacuum that can handle sand would have been nice We decided we need a balcony next time we stay on the beach.

The motel that the condo was located in was close to the beach.

The motel where the condo is located must allow anyone to come through it to access the beach. There were a lot of people coming and going through it. Our check in was supposed to be 4 pm but couldn’t get in until about 7 pm. No towels until I contacted management. Even then only received bath towels and no beach towels, and not enough for 9 people for 4 days. A lot of the items that were supposed to be provided were not present…beach chairs (had to rent them for $10), no paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags. This condo ONLY has 3 actual beds-a queen in one room, a full in another room, and a twin over full bunk bed. Sofa beds (2 full size) are in living room, full sofa bed in one room with queen, and full sofa bed in another room with full….all were very hard to sleep on. Needs to be updated, kind of run down. Tiles in showers are crooked, no water pressure in kitchen. Sand in shower and on tile floors when we checked in. Pictures of this condo make this look like a nice place but furniture is different and all the things that make it look comfortable & homey are not present like rugs and end tables. I am not sure if Blu Sky management ever even comes in to make sure this property is being cleaned or if condo has items that are supposed to be provided. Skunk smell (marijuana) in hallways. Basement where laundry room located had open doors so people could assess it from parking lot-costs $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry plus $1.00 for detergent or softener. The most disturbing aspect is that no one changes code to door so if someone knows it, the condo can be accessed anytime of day or night even with deadbolt.

The room itself was very spacious for our big family (6 adults, 5 kids, 1 infant)! Roomy showers, plenty of towels, a good variety of dishes/cups and overall very clean. Also the bartenders at the Tiki Bar were all on it and made great drinks while providing awesome, super friendly service! The frozen berry lemonade drink was the bomb! The valet drivers were also very helpful and ready to assist when we had questions.

I felt like the hotel staff was not very knowledgeable and most of them didn't seem to care about anything. The first night, we made it in close to midnight and just wanted some drinks. We asked the security guard if he knew of any soda machines or somewhere to get drinks and he said no. Later we found that there was a soda machine in the basement. Half way through our stay we needed to wash/do laundry and it took 4 people to help figure out how to work the machine. There was a sheet with instructions but still a bit confusing. Then while washing we noticed water was spilling out like crazy from two of the machines and when we tried to report it to various employees, they all seemed to not care and kept saying to report to front desk which we did but my thought was that they as employees seeing this happen would prompt them to report it themselves. Why does the guest need to go and report to front desk when they could physically see the water everywhere.
