Cleanliness, location, accessibility.. Ease of access to the unit, owners instruction was clear and simple. Location of apartment to public transport like the Jakarta Trans Bus and the LRT is excellant. One is RIGHT outside the apartment gates, and the MRT station is literally 200m from the apartment gates. The MRT takes you up and down between Equestrian Station and to Boulevard Utara Station, this station gives you DIRECT access into Mall Kelapa Gading, and here you can find all the shops that you'd want. Tifolia being on the main road gives you plenty accessibility to taxis, ojek, bajai and grab. This is by far one of the best place to stay if you'd want to be on this side of Jakarta.

Elevators.. only 2 out of 4 working during our stay, and floor traffic can be very2 busy during peak hours, ie morning workers leaving and evening workers coming home. Elevators can sometimes be stopping at every floor.

Everything in here is really comfortable for me and my friends. This apartment is surely recommended!
