cleanliness and the hospitality of Ms.Lela, she’s very sweet and wonderful woman

The wifi speed is good and that's it. It's also very romantic to walk through tiny courtyard where all the apartments around are in renovation and I haven't been there during the day but I'm guessing that's not the quietest place during the day, at the moment.

The owner's attituide towards foreigners is "motherfucker" and "you are in my country"; towards mothers is "you have a pig face" and "you look crazy", "you ". I was never offered keys to the place. However, when I requested a cancellation the owner called, yelled at me, demanded the full price (but when I went to her place she didn't pick up her phone or answer the door or provide any keys). 30 min later she came to the play I was staying and started yelling, insulting, demanding "This is my money", threatening the physical safety of my children and myself. When I called the police her husband joined in with threats that he will sue me for the 170GEL, despite that I did request a free cancellation but they did not accept. No, they knew where I live and were at my door, threatening, demanding. When I complained they said - we now know your personal details and will sue you for our money .. on a reservation that I requested to cancel and THEY refused to cancel it.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had a great location and was close to tourist attractions and everything. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. Lela was very kind, clean and tidy, and I saw that after the guest left, she washed and changed all the sheets, towels, and so on. I hope I can stay in Lela's apartment on my next trip.

THE HOST IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY

THERE'S JUST 1 HEATER AT ENTRANCE SO SEPARATE ROOM IS SO SO SO COLD AS IT HAPPENED TO BE WINTER SEASON. ALSO, THE TOILET IS BIT UNCOMFORTABLE AND I HOPE THEY CONSIDER PUTTING BEDAY TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR GUESTS TO USE.

Wifi not working, water was lukewarm and not hot, water leaking from toilet seat

The location is good.

The stove is bad and low quality. Hard to cook breakfast. Toilet has no bidet. The male owner was a nice guy. But the other owner always tell, business is business. It’s all about money for her even we came late to the property in the first day then I just ask if we can check out a little late because of the flight. In the end she asked me to pay extra in the same day of the last day because i exceed in the check out time but she never think that i checked in late because of the arrival of the flight. To think there’s no next customer booked the apartment on that day of our checked out. I can say it’s not bad but the way i deal with the owner was not so good, I can say it’s only “OK” maybe because we refused the pcr test she’s offering to us, because i have booked already before she offered us. That’s why she changed her mind that we can check out late and charged me another 100 lari for the exceeded time.

Superb location, close to sulphur baths, cable ride, casino, good night life. The 2 bedroom apartment we chose is superb with only shortcoming that it has 1 bathroom which is standard in this part of location.

Great location, good hosts and very clean apartment with modern amenities.

Just that we were not aware that the 2 bedroom apartment had only 1 bathroom. We now understand that in Old Tbilisi this is the norm.
