Breakfast was not included. Coffee provided was also charged. No complimentary coffee was there which is provided in many service apartments

We only ordered for coffee once from our room which was not served. We asked the phone number of nearby restaurant which they said ‘ don’t know’.

To be honest its not value for money. Building is very old and this apartment is just renovated. Its and very old building, lift stinks. Infact I bought room freshener and placed it in the hall. There are lots of beautiful hotels/home stays for the same price. This isn't worth it to be honest. I shall not come back again to this place and make reservation here.

Location was good for family touring purpose. Best thing is kitchen all utensil are there to cook the food especially those prefer home food. Tirupati temples are nearby hotel location and railway station (RENIGUNTA) is 15 minutes away using auto rickshaw OVERALL GOOD TO SAY!!!!

Wash room cleaning not done regularly even bed pillow covers not changed during our stay. Towels need to be change daily basis which is not done. Swiping also required on daily basis. There was argument with reception as we reach the property 3 hours before check IN for which reception guy asked us to pay 50% for early report and somehow we convinced for charging 25% more rather than 50%

location is perfectly ok, this may be fourth time we are staying this property

The best place to live at tirupati..very best service and clean n hygenic..room service was also great very polite staff.. highly appreciated n recommend..my family liked too🤗

Flat was clean and made ready before arrival. With all family members together, experience is homely.

Location is prime and central with bus station as well as railway station, reliance smartpoint nearby but current construction activity for building a flyover is a damper. Should deserve a full score once outside construction activities are completed.
