Apartment is airy, spacious and well decorated. Bed is comfortable. There is access to a gym with adequate equipment and rooftop swimming pool. Location is great. It’s near freeway so we don’t get stuck in traffic much. Steps away from company garden where we walk in tranquil garden and enjoy viewing the vegetation. Apartment is across from Ramenhead, topnotch noodles. Also near flowers market. 20 minutes walk to the edge of Waterfront. No load shedding.

Sometimes it takes time to get hot water for the shower. It does not happen all of the time, so not sure why.

Der Duschabfluss war leider sofort verstopft, so dass beim Duschen schnell das gesamte Bad unter Wasser stand. Es war nur Kaffee, aber kein Tee bereitgestellt.

The power went out on the street for one whole day and we were not able to enter our room due to it being and electronic keypad lock.

Very affordable for location it was at. The location was central to all our plans. The lights were always on, no load shedding of any sort. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The Wifi, TV work as it should, with complement of DSTV channels

There was a washing machine, but i did find any wash detergent there. There were far too few towels House keeping is a bit on the expensive side, I used the service once and never again.

The apartments were clean, well decorated, the beds were comfortable. The apartament for 4 persons had a stunning view, from the balcony we could see the table mountain and the lion's head. The kitchen were spacious and very well-equipped. The building was well located, in the centre of Cape Town, next to Long Street, good restaurants, cafes and museums.

The host were very rude with my daughter when she entered the apartament and touched his machine for card payments. He was rude also with me saying that my kid was not supposed to touch things that does not belong to her. We were really upset at the moment and did not felt welcomed at all (it was the opposite of a warm reception). After the owner of the apartments was gone, his employee did the honors, he was very kind. The apartament for 2 persons (second floor) did not have a heater, it was very cold inside.
