L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Responsabile del check-in molto gentile. Terrazzo con vista fiume molto panoramico, al mattino presto si vedono anche le mongolfiere sorvolare la città. La vista è davvero il pezzo forte di quest'alloggio, le foto rispecchiano la realtà. Offrono colazione extra sul rooftop che però non abbiamo provato (i ristorantini sul lungofiume sono più economici). Una volta superata la zona di lavori in corso presso la banchina, la zona circostante si fa più carina con ristoranti che costeggiano il lungofiume. Qui l'allegria e la cordialità del personale è contagiosa, consiglio di fermarsi anche solo per sorseggiare una birra al tramonto e scambiare due chiacchiere con i ragazzi locali.

Avremmo apprezzato qualche informazione sul traghetto pubblico che trasporta al West Bank. Non sapendo il prezzo della tratta, un furbetto ci ha fatto sborsare più del doppio. Il prezzo a tratta a persona è di 7,5 EGP quindi attenti a farvi dare il resto corretto. La doccia non ha una tenda e non c'è un phon per asciugare i capelli.

Extraordinaire ! Nous étions en galère avec notre taxi qui ne comprenait pas où nous emmener. Nous avons appelé Mohamed le gérant de l’Hôtel et nous avons été pris en charge par une équipe de choc de 5 personnes pour dîner puis traverser le Nil et nous amener à l’hôtel. Nous avons été chouchoutés pendant tout notre séjour par Islam pour l’accueil. L’appartement était spacieux, agréablement meublé, propre avec une superbe terrasse aménagée face au Nil, le lit confortable, la salle d’eau un peu vieille mais très bien équipée. Délicieux petit déjeuner sur le magnifique rooftop servi par Ala et Abdul. Mention spéciale pour ce dernier qui a emmené ma mère à la pharmacie. L’environnement Rive Ouest du Nil est très paisible, ne manquez pas la balade en felouque au coucher du soleil avec Ramadan.

Der Gastgeber zu Nacht namens Islam war ein sehr lieber und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, ich würde diese Unterkunft buchen nur um ihn nochmal zu sehen. Er hat uns bei allen Sachen sehr gut geholfen, und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich um einiges einfacher gemacht, er war das Highlight dieser Unterkunft.

Strom geht von 16-18 Uhr aus auf der gesamten Westseite des Nils.

Nice view and a lot of space inside. Friendly personnel but a bit not well organised. The electricity problem happend only once at night - so no air conditioner for a while.

It took some time to get inside as the personnel were not there and only after calling the owner did someone let us in after a while. The kitchen is there as advertised however it is very poorly equipped so no cooking is possible, there are nice restaurants close by that are available in any case. A bit loud air conditioner.

Islam made my stay extremely enjoyable. The accomodation itself is very secure and is a gated property. It’s extremely spacious especially when compared with my accomodation at similar prices in Aswan and Cairo.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The Chef during morning breakfast is the man! He was always so happy to see us, always sparked conversation and made us feel welcomed. The overall stay felt very comfortable and the men and women working there made our stay so much better.

My Luxor, Egypt stay was beyond wonderful. The accommodation's superb location made historical exploration a breeze. A highlight was Islam, an incredibly hospitable staff member, who went out of his way to ensure our comfort—going so far as to bring us delicious vegetarian food personally. Such a memorable experience, thanks to both the remarkable location and the outstanding hospitality.

The lack of air conditioning in the living room was a downside, especially during the hot summer days. We did have AC in the bedroom which was needed.

Location and view !

Beautiful place, stellar view on the balcony. Large rooms and comfy bed with AC in the bedroom. Staff helped us organize a driver which helped so much.

I wish the living room had AC as well.

large apartment with balcony and magnificent view of the nile and luxor opposite. pleasant roof top for a 360 degree view and the sunset. the house is not in the center but on the other side, ideal for visiting the monuments. thank you very much to Islam for his precious help and kindness.

Pros: - location was very handy. It is by the Nile, has many restaurants within walking distance, supermarket (which does not rip tourists off), 15min drive from all the West Bank attractions and public ferry close by. - beautiful scenery over the Nile. - clean - quiet - very good value for money

- the living room / kitchen area has only a cealing fan, which is purely circulating hot air (problem in July heat)

On the quiet side of town. Friendly and helpful staff. Good access to Hatshepshut and Valley of Kings

Location is key - on the river in a quiet location, close to sites on the west-side, as well as a ferry for the east side. Islam, at the In, went out of his way to help me. I needed a plug-in adapter for my computer and we were able to find one at night that was close. A fresh mango, yum. Mohamed created a hastle-free experience of hotel, food and tour combination that had a private tour package that was excellent - it was inclusive of all the locations, it was flexible, and I was provided with one of the best tour guides / Egyptologists in Luxor, all by myself for the entire day, while Mustafa did all the driving. We also did a side visit to TiTi Oraby for Art and Alabaster for exclusive specially handmade,high quality craftmenship stone art objects. Oh - Chef Hassan at Malkata House surprised us with an extensive meal focused on the local dishes with special touches. Of all the locations in Egypt to visit, Mohamed makes Luxor rise to the top.

I was not able to take the balloon, ride but that was not their fault. Just poor weather conditions.

Peaceful house with the view and all you need for perfect vacation. Nice terrase, pleasant decor, air-conditioning. It is located close to, restaurants, coffeeshops. Despite that it's still quite calm and providing great view.

We loved the apartment's river views from the balcony, it was also very spacious and comfortable. The area is nice and quiet with enough places to eat and only a boat ride to the centre of town.

They need a mosquito net on top of the bed since there's lots of mosquitoes and it's impossible to keep them out at night.

The view was amazing and the staff very very helpful and friendly. They also called a cook to prepare our breakfast the next morning and arranged a boat to go to the other part of the river where the restaurants and bars were.

The location could seem not so good in the beginning because all the restaurants, markets etc are on the other side of the river, but it's very easy to go there by boat.

Nice view from the rooftop over the river and the east "skyline". There were towels in the bathroom and the kitchen had some equipment.

The furniture is quite basic. Unfortunately the shower drain wasn't working well. Therefore, taking a shower always flooded the bathroom. The appartements are located on the west bank of Luxor and most interesting things are on the east side. If you are on a budget and have time, don't use the many private and tourist boats to cross the Nile. Use the public fairy instead.

- The balcony with the view to the Nile, fantastic. - Big spacious place, very comfortable. -Very nice staff, both the manager and special mention to Islam, who was fantastic. - The calmness of the location, it's amazing to wake up to see the Nile in peace. -Excellent quality-price relationship.

Hard to find any, but as a few minor details: -A small issue with the hot water (which was solved quickly). No big deal. -It is hard to reach as most of the life in town is on the east , but it becomes a pro if you look for a quiet relaxing place from Luxor craziness.

Nice and clean place to stay in Luxor with breathtaking views from the terrace! WiFi is nice to work remotely!

Easy to transfer to east bank by boat. The view is good when we at the roof.

Apartment has no stove to use for cooking meals.

The hosts were very friendly and warm people! They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Also the apartment looked exactly like the pictures, located in a calm area with an amazing view!

The apartment only had heating in one room. Since we came in winter, we needed more than just one.
