it was outdated and not very clean

Great location right on the beach. Great views. The host was very informative and responded quickly. The condo has pretty much everything you need. The only thing missing is washer and dryer. This was the best sleep I had in a long time. You can fall asleep to the ocean n waves.

This is personal preference I like a shower with a lot of water pressure

The privacy of the location and well secured. Clean and staff friendly. Also Alvy the owner is so nice and making sure we have everything we needed.

I had everything in the house that I needed, the owner was amazing.

I like the level of hospitality that Alvy provided. Before I even completed my booking her upbeat and positive personality got my attention. Throughout the entire process from my booking till my last day she was very helpful. My first day I got twisted around driving to the property, and I reached out to her and she and her husband assisted in getting me there safely. She was also caring and sweet enough to call and wish me Happy Birthday. She’s a real gem, who I’d definitely book with again and I plan to do just that as well as recommend her property to others! Thanks a million Alvy !!!

This location, rate and style of apartment was perfect for our plans in the Luquillo area. Our host provided detailed information, checked on us during our stay and allowed a worry free visit with many items provided in the apartment. We loved it, highly recommend and would return to visit again.

The view was absolutely amazing. Listening to the waves as you slept each night was super soothing. The beach is just downstairs and it is super private. Not many people, very quiet. Great get away

Nice location right off playa azul…great ocean view from the balcony and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was amazing.

There was a big roach in the bathroom first night there but it wasn’t a big deal as I grew up in NYC. A couple of the security guards weren’t too welcoming, but weren’t rude either.

Everything from the breathtaking views. To the minium things needed this place provided so happy and a very relaxing vacation for both of us!!! Definitely will return!!!

Nothing really to not liked. Beach umbrella need to be replaced and the red beach chairs , rusted and broken. Everything else was great!!!

I love the apartment, the location, security and the Beach is awesome and Alvy was always checking on us . Awesome experience we definitely would come back to this apartment. 😀

Beautiful view !! Close to the Beach

Excellent location, attentive service, and cozy place. My family and I stayed for a few days to enjoy some sun and food. Our host Alvy made sure we were comfortable and always checked in in us! The location was perfect for us. We love Luquillo when we visit PR and the beach is down the road. The beach in front of the property seemed a bit rough but the Luquillo beach is literally walking distance. Very good food places nearby, always a variety. The view was AMAZING! Waking up to the ocean view was always the highlight of our morning. Beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels, we used the beach chairs quite often. We just had to bring our clothes and toiletries. There is a full kitchen, which is a plus. We mostly ate out and kept some waters and snacks in the fridge. We had the best 4 days. We will definitely plan to stay here again!
