The location was the best. Near Shangrila and Megamall. The owner was friendly and help us to relay the rules and regulations of the condo. Possible that we book this place again.

the pool was out of service, the aircon units are old which make loud engine noises. the aircon in the bigger room turns itself off in the middle of the night, doesn’t produce cooler temp which makes the room so warm & No washing machine.

We like the location of the building as it is near establishments such as SM Megamall and Edsa Shangrila. The unit itself is clean, well maintained and you get a clear view of the surroundings. It is also easy to book grab and/or commute to and from the place.

The staff was pleasant and the security was professional. My hold body was in pain because of the bed. No TV in master bed room and no furniture to put your close in. When you are staying over night that is ok but for 11 days not ok to live out of your suite case.

The communication with the owners was excellent, they replied quickly. The location was excellent as well (very close Shagri La and Megamall). The unit was very comfortable. There is a RFID fee which we didnt know about until we confirmed the booking, but the owners refunded it. Overall, my family and I had a very pleasant stay.
The only thing was the parking. The parking attendant told us it would be about 240 per day, but we ended paying over 800 pesos for about 1 1/2 days.
