There are several flats available at this location. I stayed at 3 of them (one on the 21st floor of Tower 3, one on the 25th floor of Tower 3 and one on the 43rd floor of Tower 2). All of them had a similar layout. I liked the one on the 21st floor the most, because the bed was more comfortable and it had no insects, while I did see a few tiny little roaches in the other 2 flats (that being said, it was not a major issue as they only go out at night; I might not have noticed them if I had not read the other comments mentioning them. The flat on the 43rd floor had significantly more insects compared to the other 2 (no insects on 21st floor and maybe 2-3 on the 25th floor). Pest control was scheduled to be done in the next few days). The 43rd floor had the best view and it was quieter because it is higher, but it takes more time to get an elevator to go there, and the bed was harder. Overall, all of them were great options. They are fully furnished (microwave, fridge, drinking water, toiletries, towels, TV, fast wi-fi), there is a swimming pool and the laundry service was not only cheap (no surcharge for express service), but also incredibly quick (I left my clothes there at 4PM and had it delivered back to my flat perfectly washed and dried by 6PM). The location is also great - it is in Little Tokyo, with lots of Japanese restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as convenience stores. It is close to NAIA airport and PITX (less than 30 minutes depending on traffic and terminal) and Greenbelt is just nearby (10 min walk). Communication with the staff and check-in was very effective. Apparently, there is also a place where you can deposit your luggage if you are away for a few days.

As I am scared of heights, I would have liked to know in advance that the flats were this high. Especially the one on the 43rd floor (the building has 46 floors if I remember correctly). For electric sockets, you need flat plugs, otherwise it does not work.

The location was great, and there were plenty of dining options near the building. The room was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. The jug of drinking water that they provided was a great touch. Checking in and out was very practical.

The room could use a deep clean, especially the shower tiles. There were a few small roaches seen in the room. The towels were too flimsy too. It would be great if they can provide an extension cable to add more outlets for charging devices. The only one available was near the sink... and with the 2 pin plug, it was difficult to keep one universal adapter plugged in with all the wires weighing it down.

Very basic amenities and furniture. Booked for an adult + 2 kids but space was not big enough. There was only 1 bed, no extra beddings. I wonder why it appeared in my search in the first place.

Lobby staff and housekeeping staff are very nice and friendly. Good location in Makati. Within walking distance to Greenbelt.

The apartment's furniture are old, tired and semi-broken. The mattress needs replacing. Worse of all the place is crawling with small cockroaches. Yikes.

We loved the swimming pool. It's a pity it is closed on Mondays. There are lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We had some cockroaches not big ones.

ive seen 3 cockroaches inside the unit. They charge 200 pesos per hour if you check in early. The sofa is old.

Cockroaches in both towers, I think the towers need to be fumigated, otherwise they'll find their way into our luggages- wardrobe need to be updated, they look very old !!

Only the Room was near shoping center Greenbelt. MALL..and the bars. unlimited Internet ..good enough...

Facilities...very poor..a glass for water for 2 persons, from 2 plates and cups.. Cleanliness.. the room was obviously closed for a long time. It needs disinfection and it had many small cockroaches. the mattress on the bed was made of afrolex and the body sinks .. not a good sleep. Value for money there were better ones at the same price..

It was small but clean. Accessible to major place to be , Mall(Waltermart), park(Legaspi)

There was incessant alarm going off , I am not sure if it was just the doorbell of another place but we were close to where it was and we thought it was an emergency.

Unit was clean; they provided everything that i needed— from kitchenware, to appliances, and even toiletries and coffee. They also reply to every queries promptly.

Elevator. Since the unit is located on the 40th floor, expect that it could take couple of minutes for the elevator to arrive. Not good for emergencies.

The property was near major point of interest.

The property was next to a garbage area, so when the room is opened, the smell of the garbage is so strong. LOTS of cockroaches roaming around, especially at night. The dining table is so unstable and not so strong. There is only one tiniest small piece of blanket. I can say the place was so inadequate for sleeping. It could have been an excellent place to stay because of its location, but the comfort of the place was unsatisfactory. It was a letdown.

Hot water can't be adjusted to my desired temperature. Its either super cold or super hot.

Good located in Makati district. The complex has good facilities and my room was big enough. The staff is very helpful

Cleanliness can be improved. I haven’t been able to make the TV working.

Always a good experience. Host and staff are excellent. Accomodation is small but good at good price for the area. I stay here every time I go to Makati.

Elevators... 43 floors, and sometimes it stops at 8-10 floors on way up or down. Everything else good.
