The staff was great.
The staff was great. Maybe they could improve on the utensils for example. Literally, only one small casserole e could use since with the induction stove. I suppose one would imagine that if there were 6 people and you provided kitchen, they'd probably cook something. Otherwise don't offer kitchen that's a bit inconvenient to use.
Bathroom floor was very slippery but they provided us immediately with a rubber mat when requested.
One side of the glass window/wall has broken blinds so the sun glared too much when one wants to sleep a bit more.
Overall, it was good stay.

The sliding glass panels by the loft wasn’t completely closed. My sister found it out when she was about to sleep and put her leg to the side, and was surprised that there was no wall/support. Found out the sliding glass panels were open.
The shower upstairs was not working.
There was a missing top cover of the water reservoir for the toilet flush
The blankets were too thin for an AC room

not like in the pictures at all! old like from the 1980's looks like a place for horror movies. smelly from cockroach's. no hot water in the shower. no boiler for coffee in the morning. additional room with thing's belonging to the hotel. not enough towels and hygiene products.

The place is big and spacious. We're a party of 9 and a lot of extra space for everyone. My family was also very content of the place and they love the television in the room.
The air-conditioning on the bedroom is not that great that I need to use an electric fan for extra cold feeling. The water in the shower is slow and the sink water seems not existing.

I like the loft type that we booked. It's good value for money and my family were comfortable while staying.
Just some of the facilities that include in the reservations and the hot and cold shower isn't working good and new toilet papers are not provided

i like how accessible the condo is to a lot of people
the stoves are a bit outdated, as well as the water heaters in the bathroom

the location is prime. kitchen is well equipped.
The unit that we booked at the 19th floor was not maintained very well. the comfort rooms were not clean, damaged walls, moldy showers and faucet.

the property is big and located near malls and restaurants. it is easily accessible to lots of establishments.

I was totally disappointed for it was a total "expectation vs reality" moment for us and it was the first time that happened to me here in Booking.com. The room is not the same as advertised; it was deception or false advertisement.

The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants and Robinsons. It is quite simple for us to prepare our meals since the kitchen is fully equipped. And the night view from the window is magnificent. The host is kind enough to accommodate our request for towels.
The heater in the second-floor shower room and the electric kettle are not working, and the broom has to be replaced. But overall it was excellent.

Place was fine especially when you’re with a group of people.
The toilet near the kitchenette is not working properly. We had to only use the toilet at the room instead. It was horrible.

The place had great views. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and adujsted to our schedules. She also replied to our queries in a timely manner.
The a/c in the larger bedroom doesn't work so well. Someone came in the next day and taught us to reset the breaker outside but it only worked for a bit before shutting off again. It's alright though, we just took the mattress and slept downstairs. The designated parking areas in the rear were also a bit sketchy.
