Location was very good, 5-10 min walk to petrona towers. Accomodation was good size and spacious, 2 bathrooms. Metro was few mins walk. 7/11 downstairs
We had an issue with the a.c it stopped working and apparantlly this affected the above all floors from 7-39. This was resolved and we changed rooms to lower floor. Communication was good and fast from the owner.
Enjoyed our stay
No one cleaned the rooms whilst our stay for 4 days
The pools if you use there is a charge, which was on booking infor, but we didnt see this.

Spacious three bedroom apartment in a great location 15 minutes from Petronas Towers and very close to Bukit Nanas station. Apartment was clean and well equipped with cooking and washing machine facilities.
To use the pool you must pay a seperate fee.
The final price you will pay for the apartment is not what you have accepted on booking.com extra charges can be about 25% extra. The apartment is still quite good value for money, but the system of extra hidden charges seems quite unfair on customers. You will also have to pay a 400 ringgit security deposit in cash and then make an arrangement with the management to get it back. It’s not particularly convenient as the result is you have to specify an exact check out time.

They really coordinate with me from the time i booked the Apartment and the host was so friendly and was there at the property to handover the keys on time without me keep waiting with my kids and baggage.

we arrived around 4 am and the staff still there to help us check in.
he showed us full information about the apartment.
even when we checked out and forgot our stuff in the room, they still helped me to get it back.

no smoking would be a thing but we do not smoke
7/11 store and ground floor did not sell beers after 9pm, but no problem

We liked the location and the apartment itself. The brother who handed us the keys was very helpful. The owner of the apartment was very easy to communicate with, his dealing was very professional and he was very helpful and considerate.

As it is an apartment, they should provide minimum cooking utensils . There was notice “ saying “ no cooking , if you cook heavy fine imposed .I took this apartment for some minimal level food making for my small kid ,and I requested the host to provide some utensil , he rudely refused the request. Entire day wifi was not there , the host is collected 400 MYR as security deposit and refused to give the receipt.This year I travelled several places and stayed through booking.com and this was the worse experience I faced

Awesome location. Really large appointment. We were given an early check in after speaking to the property via wattsapp.
Apartment was in excellent condition. Good Wi-Fi. 2 large rooms and a smaller room at we used for a baby (age 1). Cot was provided.
We checked up very early, at 5am. Deposit was returned the night before.
Overall an excellent. Would use again if I return.
A reception desk would help, but as mentioned above we were given an early check in and were met at the pool by 10.30am.

The room was clean, amenities are complete, they have boiling pan, frying pan we can do some light cooking during our stay. The diningware are also complete
A lot of extra mattress and pillow are available in the cupboard.
The location is fantastic, near everywhere we go. Downstair there is seven eleven and in the 6th floor also has 24hours minimarket.
The swimming pool is not free entry 😅

Kelvin was very organized and let us know all the information prior to our arrival. So it made check in and check out easy. The location of this place is amazing walking distance to all the attractions.
Was expecting to see the KL tower or KLCC view so a little dissapointed of the view

Very strategic location,walking distance to the food court.The apartment was clean and spacious,very comfort amd nice view.Complete with washing machine and dryer,kitchen,3 bedrooms very comfort for our family.
Have to pay for swimming pool RM20 per day for adult and rm15 for child.It should be free we pay to stay there.
