The "free continental breakfast" was groceries supplied by the host (bread, eggs, yogurt). Not even close to what is advertised -- we assumed we'd go to a nice eating area for a nice breakfast. I did not expect that I'd have to make breakfast for my family while on a vacation! No hot water in kitchen or main bathroom -- thankfully the second bathroom had hot water, but that meant we all had to shower in that bathroom. Defeats the purpose of finding a place with two bathrooms!

It’s kept very well and location is super! Everything well functioned. Khun Pitaya was very kind host and appreciated the communication we could established.

Problems with checking in, limited payment options, smell from furniture, breakfast basic, swimming pool complex mostly closed due to broken tiles, a/c broken in gym, very limited gym with some equipment broken.
