We had a fabulous four night stay at the Taiga 2 Studio and wished we had booked it for a full week. This place had everything we wanted, including a great little custom kitchen with everything we needed to cook as if we were at home. The bed was very comfortable and everything inside was first rate and super clean. Outdoors was a very unexpected surprise with flowers galore, hanging baskets and creative planters that made this place feel like home. Also a gas bbq grill, patio table & chairs, and several benches with sweet Mountain View’s made it easy to slow down and relax. Our host Todd is a super friendly guy who was quick to respond to our requests and gave great recommendations for dining out. The pride of ownership shined through with well thought out touches all over this property. If we return to Alaska we will definitely stay here again!

This is a tiny but very well put together studio apartment. The host was very approachable. The area is rural but close to Denali. Added bonus was being greeted by their cute dogs!

Had a little trouble finding place because there was roadwork going on and the street sign was removed. After we found it and Todd let us in and he apologized, it was beautiful. Best place we stayed on our trip. Secluded but only 15 minutes to Denali. Thank you. We would love to come back. Sorry we couldn’t get to meet Julie.

Very comfortable bed. New appliances. High-end furnishings and amenities. This place was perfect for our bucket list trip around Alaska. Highly recommended!

Very cute studio apartment. Clean, good bed, great shower. Small kitchenette was well stocked with utensils. Even a washing machine, an unexpected plus. Healy is small, but we found it without trouble due to excellent directions from the owner. Todd, the owner, was very personable and attentive to our needs. His property is large with a walking trail out back. I’d definitely recommend.

This VRBO was precisely what we needed for our 2 nights/3 days in Denali. Kitchen, laundry, spacious bathroom and bed. Simple but such a thought out and designed space. The host was kind and met us upon arrival. It’s about 20 minutes from the entrance to Denali but honestly it wasn’t an issue and we enjoyed being a little ways from the main tourism sites.

This Studio unit was clean, functional, and well designed. Very comfortable. Julie thought of everything you might need, even a collapsible laundry basket. It is nicely decorated. Todd responded within minutes when we had a quetion. It is about a 10 minute drive to Denali, so very convenient. We would stay again if in the area. Thanks Todd & Julie!

Perfect for what we needed. Close to Denali National Park but a bit removed from the tour buses. Todd and Julie gave great recommendations for dinner and hikes. Super friendly and helpful!

Such an amazing location. The studio had everything we could possibly need and the absolute best shower after a day of hiking! We definitely recommend!

The Property was outstanding. The property was clean and Todd and Julie paid attention to every detail. We really liked the provided laundry facilities and full kitchen. The view of the northern sky was beautiful, and we could see the Aurora from our window at night. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at the Taiga House. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Nicely appointed, all new construction and quality finish from instruction. Quiet location with easy access to a quality grocery store and a decent brewpub/nightlife. A barrel vaulted ceiling in a studio apartment was quite surprising. Nicely done 👍

This location was great, just a bit of construction. Very clean and comfy! The full kitchen, outdoor grill, and washer / dryer all came so in handy. We were able to get some beautiful hiking done and truly enjoyed the visit!

Only about 15 minutes from the Denali park entrance, the Taiga House was a perfect home base for us as we spent 2 days exploring the park. It was super clean and as described in the photos/description. The host also introduced himself to us when we arrived, which made us feel so welcome! Thanks for a great stay.

The bathroom looked very new, with great waterfall shower and a handheld shower head that's very easy to control. It was very new. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the utensils/pots/pans were clean and well organized. The windows could be opened easily for good ventilation. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and it was just a few minutes drive to Denali national park. The only change I'd recommend is better signs for the unit. They might be there but hard to see when we were driving. We spent quite a bit of time finding the place, even though we were practically a few feet from the driveway. I'd highly recommend this place.

This little place was perfect! The overall design was so thoughtful. Lighting, shower, bedside tables, TV. All so well done. We LOVED this little oasis.

Just a short distance from Denali but a private spot away from all the cruise ship tourists. Close to grocery and gas. Home had everything we needed and more! We had a great stay!

We had a great stay here while visiting Denali National Park. It was a little bit of a drive from the park entrance, but it was great to have a little distance for some quiet. Julie and Todd were very responsive and considerate hosts. We highly recommend this for a couple looking to explore Denali.

Very cozy clean and comfortable. Any question was promptly answered. Owners were very helpful. It was a great place to stay away from the busy commercial Denali.

Enjoyed our stay with all the amenities of home and the property is beautiful to just sit relax & check out the mountains, perfect location it is close to Denali National Park. Restaurant 49th State Brewery good food & brews 5 minutes away, we will definitely stay again when in town.
