I booked the place, contacted the host via whatsapp and everything was arranged within 5 minutes. The contact was great, the flat itself is very spacious and modern. A possibility of free, private parking in front of the house, which was very convenient, as it is the center of the old town.

Great Location - just 3 minutes and you are in the main center, Amazing hosts - they waited for us when arrived, explained everything needed. last day allowed us to checkout late. breakfast was great - everyday different things

Setting was fine
1. No ensuite (toilet) in the master bedroom.
2. Currently renovations at the road and neighbourhood.

The place is really good! All rooms are well organised even in small details. Really comfy beds! 2 full-size bathrooms. All supplies you may need at the kitchen! Hosts were nice! After they asked workers across the street were quite in the morning)
All the street the building is situated on is under constructions. It would be nice if we knew about it before the arrival) With kids during the rain it was really a quest to get out and in with a stroller by hands (was no road and a lot of mud). But it is temporary I believe!)

Great apartment, spacious and very comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to the old town.
The neighbourhood was undergoing renovations, but they will likely be finished soon.

Excellent location, very nice host, clean, comfortable and cozy. We spent there one week with friends and small kids and really enjoyed our stay. Fresh, traditional breakfast and daily cleaning will treat you as in hotel👍

The staff were really kind, helpful and supportive. The stay was comfortable. All required facilities were made available. The location is very convenient to travel to other tourist attractions. Overall it was fun. :)

The only thing that was annoying was the noise coming from the construction activity close to the property

Very welcoming! Irma made a very delicious breakfast every morning. If we come back to Tbilisi we would like to stay in Irmas apartment again.

Excellent host who met all our requests and went above & beyond our expectations. The homely breakfast was amazing, authentic, hot and delicious. We had our own food restrictions and the host met all those needs. We traveled as a big family of 8 members and this apartment was very comfortable. The location was very good and near to most of the tourist attractions and all in walkable distance. The host was always available even during the middle of the night. We had some issues with the lock of the main door and with some of the bedrooms but the host immediately fixed them. Also, we stayed during Christmas day and the host made a special drink for breakfast. We were also welcomed on the day of arrival with a bottle of homemade wine. All our kitchen needs were met and all the kitchen equipment was available. The bathroom was stocked with towels, soap, and shampoo. Every day they clean the bathrooms. Special thanks to the little boy George who was one of the hosts who received us warmly on the day of arrival and helped us as a translator.
Though the location was very good, the apartment was not so easy to find. Also, it was difficult for big vans to reach the location
