The inside of the place is very clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean. Showers work properly. Outside at the pool is full of bird mess including the balcony so we didn't spend much time outside.

Checking in was an effort. Ensure that you have an additional R2000 ready to transfer to the owners account as a deposit but you will get this back after 10 days. Security guard who checks you in is unfriendly and very harsh. Follow his orders or else checking in can be a nightmare.

The treatment from the agent upon my arrival, I had to book another room to be able to sleep yet I made my arrival time clear and it was approved. I had to pay another amount with him not even assisting with the matter to make sure I'm safe with my family. Instead he hang up and didn't answer my calls anymore. Thanks to the securities at the reception for their kindness and their airtime to make sure I get a place to sleep. I'm very much hurt and disappointed. I've never expected this with my family. It almost ruined my holidays

The property is in a nice location, right by the beach. It is very secured with 24hr on-site security. The apartment itself is lovely, clean & very modernised & well furnished. We loved the fact that we could relax up in the private pool & enjoy the weather. The host was very responsive to our needs & questions. It is really worth every penny paid. I’d recommend it anytime & will definitely book again.

The cleaner was there at 10am exactly and was rushing us which i didnt like. She also had a male companion who she sent to sit at the roof top which i found very uncomfortable to bring someone not introduced to us as guests.
