Location, security, level of comfort and appointments eg washer, dryer, dishwasher big fridge was excellent - including great hot shower and under-floor heating
Was bombarded with emails daily before check-in trying to re-verify ID through 3rd part data collection agencies - all totally unnecessary, very annoying and could easily have been data collection scams so we ignored them
Apartment needs backup power supply for the incessant power load shedding. We had no power for 6 to 9 hours a day total - every time we wanted to cook a meal!

The property was luxurious and stunning. The apartment is in an unbeatable location- you are a stones throw away from the centre of the V&A Waterfront. We will certainly stay again next time we visit Cape Town!

I had a serious issue with the fact that it was expected from me to pay a huge deposit as to ensure that if i break anything, then it needed to get replaced. this was in Pound, so if there is fluctuations then it is for my account? I have a Lodge, people book in and out all the time, and the risk is mine. Do an inspection before I go, in today's world a deposit into a bank account somewhere? i really never want to stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, walking distance to V&A and other Cape Town attractions. I travelled alone for work and wanted somewhere safe and close to restaurants and shops. The check-in and check-out were easy, communication with the Nox Team who manage the apartment was great. The Wi-Fi worked well.

The property was for self-catering and the kitchen had everything available to hand. The property was beautiful and so was the view from the large balcony! Altmore was very convenient for visiting the Waterfront and we made good use of all the shops and restaurants - the 10-15 minute walk even did us good. We had a great night's sleep every night.
Furthermore it was very easy to drive around Cape Town from our accomodation and the Airport was only 20 minutes drive away, as it also was to get to the winelands in Constantia. It was really great to see people rowing/paddleboarding in the Waterfront canals from our balcony! We felt completely secure at Altmore!
South African television was a bit limited. That was not the fault of Altmore. Sometimes the weather interfered with the TV reception.

Unit was lovely, beautiful location, Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Would suggest an extra emergency light for loadshedding. Would definitely stay there again.

Terrance who met us for the keys was great. Super friendly and pointed everything out to us in the home. Memory the housekeeper was amazing too. Location is great, very safe and secure.

It would have been helpful to have been made aware of load-shedding. We had no knowledge of this and where caught off guard every time the electricity did go off. After chatting to some locals we were made aware that there is a timetable and other residents know the times in order to be prepared. The 2 candles in the property were finished so couldn’t use those however there was one chargeable light which was handy. The property itself is great however it could do with a handy person to go in and touch up edges like grouting in the bathroom and little bits here and there elsewhere in the property. This didn’t effect the stay at all but was noticeable that it could do with a little touch up considering the location and price.

Peaceful, quiet and spotlessly clean. this is a lovely B and B. The hosts were welcoming and made me comfortable. coffee and tea facilities downstairs and in the room. Huge room with a stunning bathroom and balcony with lovely views. Breakfast was superb. Has beautiful gardens, patio and a lounge to relax in.

The property is in a good position on the waterfront, it was what we expected and had everything that you need, if you want to cook a meal or just have drinks and breakfast.
I would recommend this property for a stay in Cape Town.
There was nothing to not like about the property being so centrally located.

Close to Waterfront. Easy access. Easy check in with friendly staff
Altmore has no privacy as it's located at the end of the marina and opposite an pedestrian walk way for public. Noisy due to pedestrian walk way. Canal view, not harbour view. Ground floor unit with non private balcony. Also office building across the apartment which again eliminate privacy on the balcony during week days. Far away from gym ad main pool clubhouse.
I will not recommend Altmore building ( any apartment in this building) as the location within the marina is poor and not private. It's also the oldest building in the Marina and not updated. Bathroom was aweful and with poor water pressure. Vanity from the 80's. Aircon did not work well and super noisy, also from the 80's. Aweful couch if you can call it that? Furniture was just dreadful. You can stay for similar price on the opposite side of the Marina with full privacy, updated, comfortable furniture and close to the gym and main pool. In a nutshell, when you book any appartment in the Marina, make sure you stay close to the One and Only Hotel side or near the clubhouse pool and gym side.

I think the only concern was the address is incorrect on the page and the pillows are not the best.
