The location is incredibly sketchy, with no lighting in the small alleys when dark. The house itself is far from what you see in the pictures. Bed is sticky, warm and unwashed. Also price got 40 dollars higher when I arrived without warning!

Location is on a cliff overlookig beautiful sea on one side and a medina style narrow roads the other. Like a french farmhouse, simple but charming. If you are comfortable in Africa then it is a lovely place to stay - for those new to the area may find the approach in the many small roads a challenge. But I loved being deep in Dakar with access to a fantastic view, with fresh sea air at all times
