really good beds

The accommodation was ground floor. Had a awesome coffee machine and smelt nice on arrival. Décor was modern.

The information when booking was very lengthy, so many DON'T do's on the email (I imagine this is due to past experiences)! But doesn't come across welcoming! The bathroom sink did not drain well. There were NO towels on our bed at arrival but there were on the other guests bed - we did finally find them in a draw, which makes me think they had been forgotten! For what we paid (which I felt was a lot) I rang the receptionist to see if we could check in early as I hadn't received the check in time! The receptionist said check in wasn't until 3pm - but we could see the room was cleaned and it had a lock box (so no cost required to the owner of the property to accommodate this request)! In order to check in early at 1pm it was going to cost an additional $65 and we'd paid over $500 per night! We did get a text an hour later saying we could check in (free) but by then we'd made other plans. Then on check out it was like staying at an airbnb not a motel, there were instructions to make sure all the dishes etc were put in the dishwasher (of course we wouldn't leave a place a mess) but dirty wine/coffee mugs left in the sink - should be their cleaners job for again what you are paying!

Everything was in the apartment. The bed was really compfy and there were 3 heater. The apartment was spacious. There was everything you need in the apartment. Nice view from the back of the apartment and quiet road

There was nothing to complain about

The apartment was excellent. We felt so welcomed, and we felt so at home. The space was warm, comfortable, and secure for our grandchild, which was a major factor as to why we booked the apartment, and we support recycling 💯 Absolutely great facilities we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely book with Longitude Apartments again.

We would have liked an earlier check-in time. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay

Very tidy property with a real retro feel. Views of Raglan Harbour and a perfect location. 5 min walk to town. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk into Raglan, beautifully decorated apartment.

You could hear the people walking around in the upstairs apartment, it hadn’t been cleaned very well.
