The actual facilities at the estate is amazing and the ESTATE staff is 5 star

The company Platinum Destination was terrible to deal with prior to check in as I had to follow up on the confirmation and repeat myself to say that we had already sent through the necessary documents. The person had no way of speaking and lacked professionalism. The room was not clean, the bedding and towels were filthy. There was no coffee in the room and when discussed with them they said it would be resolved the next day so we wasted so much money on the first night. It was only when I started to lose patience did the property manager find some kind of professionalism. I wouldn't book through them again and it should be noted that this company is bringing down the experience of the resort. We also booked the unit next door and didn't follow up on the IDs we sent through which resulted in the guests not being granted access at the gate although a confirmation was provided. This company fails to do its job and it seems they think your hard earned money grows on trees.

Very small unit, hot and aircon was not working my first night 😑

The place was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Location was good everything is inside the estate you don't have to go outside.

There was no safe for a gun.
