掃き出しサッシには、 電気の線があり閉まらなかったです。 小窓もきちんと閉まらず風の音がうるさかったです。 雨の日とか、中に雨入りますよね。 大丈夫ですかね。 冬は寒いと思います。 お隣のお部屋の声がすごく聞こえる ドアの外は狭くて階段が危ないと思います 春日野道駅からずっと坂で 遠く感じました

子供も複数いましたがプレイルームにおもちゃまであって子供が喜んでくれました!

The apartment was huge and comfy. I liked having a kitchen where I could cook like at home. With the sets of condiments seasoning and spices ready, it really felt like you were in your own kitchen. The view from the apartment was awesome. The location was super convenient with a bus stop right outside. It made it easy to explore Kobe. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home. I can't wait to come back to Hotel Sea View Court Kobe. It's more than just a hotel; it's like a second home. If you're thinking about staying in Kobe, I highly recommend this place!

I love how spacious the whole apartment is. I can cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen they have. The view is perfect, starting the day with a cup of coffee and that mesmerizing view was an experience in itself. And when night falls, the city lights create a soothing ambiance - the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventures. A perfect home when you're planning to visit some tourists spot. The location is a gem, especially for us tourists! With the bus stop right outside, commuting is not a hustle at all. I really love to come back and attend some festivals soon. And oh, the hosts are very accommodating, Every interaction felt like chatting with old friends, creating a genuine "home-away-from-home" vibe. The hotel's best feature is how easy and convenient they make everything for their guests. From the moment you arrived, it was clear they wanted you to have a great stay and did everything they could to make it happen. They helped you with transportation, gave you suggestions for things to do, and provided extra services when needed. The location of the hotel is also amazing, with beautiful scenery and lovely surroundings. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. You'll feel relaxed and happy just spending time in the hotel, and there are many things to see and do nearby that are easy to access.

Convenient access to all places we wanted to go. Bus stop right at the front door with frequent service, every 6~7 minutes.

I want to recommend this hotel to everyone planning a trip here because it was truly special. The people who welcomed us at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed, which made our stay really enjoyable and memorable. My 4-year-old had so much fun in the playroom! There were lots of toys and things to do that kept my child happy and entertained. Seeing my little one so excited made me happy too. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the beautiful view, and it was so nice to wake up to such a lovely sight. One thing that made this hotel different was that we could cook our own meals. It was like being at home, and it made things really convenient for our family. We had great meals together, which made our time even more special. Overall, our stay at Sea View Court Kobe Hotel was amazing. The playroom was fantastic for my child, the view was incredible, and being able to cook our own meals was a nice touch. The view here is really nice. The host also very welcoming and really nice showing us the room. The bus stop also near, literally in front of the apartment. Definitely will coming back here for group booking.

I love how the host is very professional and welcoming to their guest. My husband really recommends this accommodation to his friends from the Philippines and abroad. The amenities are great; it's very spacious and they can accommodate even a group of people. The sea view from the balcony is fantastic, especially the night view. Worth the money indeed.

Friendly host, nice living area with big couches. Fantastic view of the water. Good location although not in main city centre. Bus stop right outside the property.

Probably provides value for money if you are a big group, but otherwise the small saving compared to a hotel was not worth it. No hot water from sinks (only shower), hot water kettle broken (plug doesn't connect properly), has a dryer but it's outside on the balcony. Only a sheet folded into half covers the mattres (not a fitted sheet and no mattress protector) therefore it moves around when sleeping and your body is touching the mattress which is unhygienic. The elevator smells really bad. Some things were dirty (TV remote, shower curtain, cutlery). Had to ask for laundry soap. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms.

Not clean, needed updating and mold in kitchen. I stepped on glass in bathroom. Dishes on table were dirty. Overpriced for cleanliness and old, not sound proof hotel.

Amazing experience. We had the 6th floor apartment and the view was just amazing. The staff and Mr. Heera, the owner, were exceptionally generous and kind. We drove there with a car, and although the hotel itself doesn't have its own parking, there is a, very cheap, paid parking right next to the building.

Other than its proximity to the shin-kobe train station there is nothing that should make it earn a 3star rating.

For the price it charges, it is better to stay in a typical 3 star hotel which charges even less than what this apartment charges its client. For its daily rate , the unit although it was spacious did not have the amenities of similar serviced apartments. The bathroom had plastic cups with a small tooth brush and just soap and shampoo. The beds were small and furnitures like tables put inside the rooms were not proportionate to the size of the room. There was no daily cleaner to fix up the room. We definitely won't recommend this over rated apartment style lodging .
