Lovely, traditional, spacious apartment within a few minutes stroll of the main tourist sites. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable for 5 friends. The location can't be beaten. Lovely view over a square with cafes and restaurants. We weren't there long enough to use the kitchen so can't comment on that.

It would have been helpful to have hand-wash provided as there isn't anywhere local we could see to get some, and also to provide extra toilet rolls.

Location was fantastic and the main selling point of this property. No canal view but overlooks a square and within walking distance to many attractions and close to Rialto vaporetto stop. Apartment was huge overall, with 1 huge bedroom with twin rooms, and another bedroom with twin beds, which had another room through it with a queen bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. I would say that the apartment would be best for 4 people, due to the walk-through bedroom. There is also a nice kitchen but we didn’t cook. Also a washing machine and I found some bottles of laundry detergent after digging through the cupboards. Overall a very quaint apartment with beautiful antiques - it’s a “well loved” property which shows its age in being a bit rundown, but it is clean with a good location. Fine if you spend all the out in Venice and not really hanging out at home - use it as a place to rest your head at night. Good communication as well with the managing agent, all done over WhatsApp which was fine and very efficient. Agent/owner was also very flexible and let me leave my bags in the secure entrance to the building even after checkout time.

There was no body soap, hand soap or shampoo so we had to rush out to buy toiletries before the supermarkets shut that evening. The apartment is a bit musty smelling and rundown (eg. One toilet ventilator didn’t work, chips and cracks here and there) but I guess that’s due to the age of the building.

- wifi would die, but maybe it's cause we had too many people connecting (6 people)

the location was great. the house is very big. we were 5 adults and were very comfortable. also the host was fantastic. anything we needed he provided right away.

the TV took a while to figure out. maybe some instructions would be helpful to use the cable.

Great place, perfect localization to San Marco 5 minutes by walk, good service. contact with manager was excellent.

We enjoyed the Authentic palazzo stile and the atmosphere in the evenings at the campo with soft saxophone music.

Fantastic location and feel of the apartment. Really felt like we were 'living in Venice' for a few days. The view out on to the square is great. Plenty of space and room to run around for our nearly 3 year old! We would stay again!

We hadn't realised that the twin bedroom was actually partitioned off by a curtain, and you accessed the double room by walking through the one to get to the other. We were at maximum capacity for the apartment so needed all the beds and travelling with both sets of parents so the set up wasn't ideal, but we got on with it. I think this needs to be clearer in the description.
