Great location, was only steps from the wharf where most of the restaurants and shops are located. The apartment was beautiful, a fully equipped kitchen and the hosts provided some provisions such as fruit etc. basically everything we needed. Loved sitting on the side balcony watching the street below and the wharf. The hosts (John and Vasso) were extremely helpful and welcoming. We were met at the ferry on arrived and helped with our luggage to the apartment. Of course Hydra is a beautiful island. Loved our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. The space were large and comfortable. The air conditioning was very efficient. There are 2 air cons and they work well to cool the living space and the mezzanine. We often turned it off that’s how well it worked. The kitchen was a great size. The bedding was very comfortable. The welcome supplies were incredibly generous and thoughtful. Wine, lots of bottled water, a large bowl of fruit, yoghurts, honey, spreads and butter, cookies. We couldn’t get through to it. The location is incredible. I note someone in a previous review said it’s a 3 minute walk to port. This isn’t right. It’s a 10 second walk to port. The apt is basically at the port. A few steps from the apt and you’re there. We loved loved the location. We loved the balcony and the view of the port and boats and the street below. I loved watching the donkeys walking past. It was super easy to walk to many sights and beaches and there were water taxis right at the port vie beaches further away. The hosts vasso and Yianni were such beautiful people. Met us at port, stored our bags until room was ready, then showed us around the apt, gave us valuable information re what to do see etc, were always available if needed and very responsive during the booking process and leading up to the booking. They were just beautiful Greek people who love what they do and want guests to be happy. We adored them. We hope we will come back to beautiful Hydra and if we do we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful apartment in the most perfect location. A 3 minute walk to the port and easily accessible to everywhere. We absolutely loved that Vaso had provided breakfast essentials as well as cookies and a bottle of wine, such a special touch. Vaso met us at the port and walked us back to the apartment and also held our luggage on the day of checkout as we had a later ferry. Vaso and Gianni were lovely people and we’ll be back to see them! Highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

This is an ideal location for exploring the town and the island. Friendly hosts met me at the ferry, and left nice snacks and drinks. Apartment was well appointed in every way, good internet, nice air conditioning and I loved having my morning coffee on the little balcony terrace. Would absolutely return.

Loved the location and how clean it was

Right in the heart of town just two minutes from the boat that brought us to Hydra. We love sitting on the balcony and watching the city awaken each morning. The host had left some grocery items that were so appreciated!

Everything about this property and the hosts was excellent - Vaso and Giannis were the perfect hosts - generous and very helpful - they even gave us a couple of lovely presents when we left ! The apartment itself was immaculate - very clean and well stocked with starter food and water in the fridge - plenty of linen and beach towels - absolutely everything you could need

Nothing was missing

Host meets you at the port and walks you over. The walk from the port to the Airbnb is five minutes. The host is super friendly and helpful. The Airbnb is very clean and so cute. Would definitely come back!
