The location was excellent and the views were fantastic. It was a very relaxing weekend

Overall experience was good. Location is good and unit was nice and clean
Parking is a bit of a pain on the street but main issues for us were the neighbours/owners washing on drying racks right outside our bedroom window and the cleaner turning up half hour before check out and starting to sweep outside our front door which made us feel rushed to leave. Young children running around on the upper level woke us up each morning as well.
Hand written notes through the unit asking us to wipe down shower screens after each use etc were a bit over the top.
Not sure whether it was a glitch in the booking system but I was receiving daily messages to tell me the same thing which was also annoying

The view was incredible!! The bed was comfy . Lovely hospitality, its all about the little personal touches .Great location .

no possible way little kids, elderly or disabled people can walk up and down the drive way, it’s a mountain and you cannot park at the bottom

Would have been nice to have a dryer, but only because it happened to be quite a wet few days. Under most circumstances we wouldn't even notice its absence.

The hosts went out of their way to do everything they could to make our visit enjoyable and comfortable. Little extras like milk in the fridge and tea and coffee make a big difference.
Cathy gave us the warmest welcome. She genuinely cared that you were enjoying your stay. She gave us such a warm welcome and could not have been more helpful.

The location, the views, the outdoor space and the internal working and living space. Easy access to Coffs Harbour, its jetty . marina and island walks. Straight forward access to CBD and its fabulous Olympic standard swimming pool.

the foot steps from the ppl staying above us were very loud, especially late at night they can be heard very clearly and at 5am in the morning.
the main living area smelt musty, like something had got wet from an open window.

Great location just a couple of minutes walk from Jetty strip eateries, harbour and beach. Really comfortable and very roomy apartment, nicely decorated and with everything you could possibly need. There were just two of us but there was loads of room in the 2 bed apartment so it would suit a family or two couples. Nice touches with chocs and brekky ingredients supplied. Friendly communication from owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely property, very clean and tidy, Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Good location in walking distance to restaurants and beach area. Beautiful picturesque area.
Beautiful outdoor timber deck which we enjoyed sitting out on but the beautiful view was blocked by neighbour's carport which was right next to us. These neighbours were not overly friendly when we said hello, this made us feel a little uncomfortable and lacking of privacy. Unit is located at rear of building down steep driveway with on street parking only.
