We have stayed in this unit several times. We have thoroughly enjoyed it until this last trip. The furniture and accessories are getting tired. The bedding was minimal this time as well. The wallpaper where the stools are is peeling off. The glassware is all mismatched ...pieces have broken over time and never replenished with new sets. There are really no good large serving pieces such as trays and large bowls. They’ve either broken or removed. Also, the balcony furniture seats only 4 and yet the unit sleeps 6. Always a problem. The lounge chair is really not necessary. We love love the unit’s location, but it’s not being updated and maintained. A sofa was replaced a few years ago but that’s it. I will be looking elsewhere next year. SeaChase as a whole is a wonderful community and I hope I can find a unit there that works. But it might be time for a change.

We stayed at Sea Chase over a frigid New Years holiday. The Confo was immaculayelybkept, was decorated with class, and felt like a luxurious vacation. Although it was cold, we spent lots of time at the indoor pool/hot tub, which was nice and warm. Plenary of security around the building. Front desk staff friendly and helpful! Would go back.

We cannot say enough about our appreciation for the accommodations, amenities, and the wonderful staff at Seachase. All of which were realized in a beautiful winter haven surrounded by water. We have stayed 3 times now at Sea Chase and love the pristine grounds and beaches. Always quiet and exceptionally clean. My parents felt the queen bed in the guest room was uncomfortable. The other beds were good. Overall very happy with the ample space and well appointed kitchen. Nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful experience at Seachase. We would rent unit 501C again. The only issue that we had was with the carts. So many people stay from Saturday to Saturday so the demand for carts on these days are high which creates a shortage.

This was our 5th stay at Seachase. We love coming here and enjoyed our stay. We like the location at Orange Beach and we liked the quietness of the beach coming at this time of the year. Great customer service from the front desk staff, reservation staff and the security guards. We especially like seeing Karen in the office who has been there for all of our stays. The property landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Love the pools and easy access to the beach. Our unit 501c was not our favorite. If had all the amenities one would need but the decor was outdated. Liked the kitchen, bedrooms and patio but living room furniture was not comfortable being mostly wicker and is worn looking and needs replacement. The unit overall needs some upgrading and bathroom fans that are functional and master shower door that closes properly. We preferred other units over the yrs there that were more updated . But overall we very much enjoyed our 9 days at Seachase and hope to return again soon.

This was our 4th visit to Sea Chase and our first stay in this unit. the condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We love the corner units not just for their extra space, (3 br) but for the openness and almost panoramic view. Even on rainy days there was plenty to do. We went to the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola which was only about 35 minutes away. All indoor and air conditioned. Great day, rain and all.

This room is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The view is a a great height to watch the dolphins and the morning fishing fleet. My son took a picture with every monkey:)

Once again we loved our stay at this condo. The owners do nice updates each year. He have been using SeaChase for over 32 years and never had a bad experience. It’s still the best, friendliest, and most relaxing place in Orange Beach. We were planning on coming back for 8 days in August, but someone beat me booking this unit by a few hours!

Overall Seachase is always a good place to stay. 501C is a good unit, however there are a couple things that need to be addressed. Leaky Kureig coffee make, outdoor patio furniture is in horrible shape and needs to be replaced. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. My wife slept in a big divot all week.
