Mar 2021While the property is a bit dated and it is clear they are making improvements across the Kawama property, the location was great, we loved being in the tower and the great tower pool.

Aug 2021We very much enjoyed our stay at this charming condo. It was comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend to everyone.

Nov 2020We have stayed in Kawama Towers several times while diving in Key Largo. This unit was by far the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath that we have stayed in. The living area was huge for relaxing in the evenings. Both bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. We hope this unit is available when we return again.

Sep 2022We had a wonderful stay. Marianne was super attentive and the place was beautifully renovated. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views, the new mattresses, sheets and towels!. Very spacious and a lot to explore on the grounds. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you. Marianne.

Oct 2021We had a wonderful and restful stay at the Kawama resort. Our condo was nicely appointed, was very quiet and was perfectly located close to many great local restaurants, dive shops & retail stores.There is a very nice water front area next to the marina with Picnic tables, pavilions, fire pits and grills. The end of the jetty is a great place to catch a sunrise and sunset.We can't reccomend the Kawama resort enough. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. We hope to return soon.

Oct 2021We had a wonderful and restful stay at the Kawama resort. Our condo was nicely appointed, was very quiet and was perfectly located close to many great local restaurants, dive shops & retail stores.
There is a very nice water front area next to the marina with Picnic tables, pavilions, fire pits and grills. The end of the jetty is a great place to catch a sunrise and sunset.
We can't reccomend the Kawama resort enough. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. We hope to return soon.

May 2022We had an awesome time. The overall room was larger than expected, could use more comfortable sitting but we had the best time. Fishing from the jetty relaxing in the pools, and lagoon. Manatees swimming in the marina, was exciting.
We plan on coming back.

Mar 2021We had an absolute blast staying in this condo and at the Kawama Yacht Club! Marianne was very responsive during the booking process and we knew she was there for us if we needed anything during our stay. Condo has a beautiful view of the marina and the Atlantic ocean, is perfectly located not only within the property itself, but also in a quiet and easy access area within Key Largo! We were also right by the North Beach on the property, a short walk to the lagoon (couldn't get the kids out of it!) and had easy access to 3 swimming pools.
We loved many of the restaurants there- especially High Tide, Mrs. Mac's Kitchen, Pilot House, and Snooks! Great escape for our family (2 adults, 17 y/o, 14 y/o, and 11 y/o). Thank you Marianna for an easy & wonderful rental experience!

Nov 2022We enjoyed our stay at the Elia’s condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a good midpoint to get to the Everglades, and also to journey further down the keys. Marianne let us know there was a new mattress in the master, and it was very comfy. One minor concern for us was that the second bedroom door cannot be locked on the inside— with our kiddos being so young this made us very nervous. We just put something in front of that door during our stay, but a chain lock at the top would be a really easy fix to make it more secure! Overall no big deal, and the views and hospitality were wonderful!

Sep 2022Very nice place to rent, spacious 2 bedroom, full kitchen with loads of appliances. Master bedroom has only a FULL bed (which is really TOO small for 2 adults) 2nd bedroom has 2 FULL beds in it. Nice view off balcony. 3 pools were clean and close by.

Aug 2020To start, the owner was quick, attentive and very helpful! Thank you Dr. Elia! The condo is nicely decorated, beachy vibe and kept very clean. There was plenty of room, and it is nicely located near great food and dive shops. Rainbow Reef is the place to go to dive. We had an excellent time in Key Largo and felt very comfortable when back at the condo. Thank you for an excellent stay! We will definitely be back!!

Jan 2022This condo is as advertised, updated andclean. We did some minor cleaning in the kitchen.. silverware and plates thru the dishwasher upon arrival. Not a big deal, not everyone uses a kitchen. We did and it had everything we needed. The tower pool heater was broken, so it was not warm enough to swim in. Waiting for a part is what we were told (by others at the pool), I had no issues with that. Beautiful area, we walked every morning, flat and pretty neighborhoods. Lots of food choices. Lots of activities. Was a much needed get away! I would suggest a couple of bicycles and/or kayaks. Also, instructions on how to use the television remotes. There were many and they were quite confusing. Thank you

Jan 2021The property was excellent and well cared for. The rental unit itself was lovely with a beautiful view of the marina and Atlantic beyond. The owners were responsive and efficient from the first contact until the end of stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We do not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Jul 2020The owner provides things that many don't, such as plenty of trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The condo could use a few updates and a fresh coat of paint, but it was spacious and clean.

Jan 2022The location was great. We were close to good restaurants, diving places and museums. Walking down to the end of the pier to watch the sunrise or sunset was special. Warning use bug spray and take an After bite pen. Our favorite restaurants were Lazy Lobster and Lori Lei. We had lobster or crab legs almost every day. We always sat outdoors and the restaurant settings were wonderful to look at the water or watch a sunset. The Diving Museum is excellent. Spent a lot of time at the museum. The local food markets were good. Wish I had bought a lot more of the mangrove flower honey to bring home. The marina in front of the condo has several manatees and sometimes a dolphin visiting. My sons did the Jules Undersea Dive which was interesting. You dive to a pod and order lunch to be delivered. The African Queen boat was interesting to see but take a picture and watch the movie instead of the ride. We watched the movies Key Largo and African Queen at the condo. The pool in front of the condo was nice. The lagoon is full of fish and you can snorkel in the lagoon. The little beach in front of the lagoon would be fun for children. The Key Largo fish market is a wonderful place to pick up fresh fish and it is just down the road from the condo. You can also eat there beside the canal. Key Largo is a great place to visit.
