Apr 2019The property was very well located with a great view of the marina. Excellent facilities within the area and very clean and well looked after. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Only criticism is the lack of information within the property itself with regard to use of amenities. For example it took us four days to a) find out that we did in fact have a washing machine as advertised and b) to discover where it was situated. An information sheet in the property explaining this would have helped. By the way it is in the cupboard on the balcony which appears locked but in fact is just hard to open! Overall a great property in a great location with easy access to the Florida Keys.

Feb 2019Pictures did not do this place justice, this was a truly beautiful condo. Nice open floor plan, 2 bedrooms were spacious though mattresses have seen better days, 3rd bedroom was small but was perfect for a crib for our granddaughter. Great view of the marina & ocean, quiet, relaxing. Amenities were nice - good pool, mediocre exercise facility, club house closed for repair/refurb, security staff very nice. Definitely highly recommend this place.

May 2018Our family visited for a long weekend. The weather didn't allow us to do the diving that we wanted to, but the condo had everything that we needed. We had no complaints and it was all very nice. My only issue is the "misc" 300.00 charge on top of all other charges. Seems a little much, but we booked it despite this odd large charge. I can't score down the condo for the fees when we knew the price when we booked it. Thank you for having us at your beautiful property.

Feb 2020Great marina/ocean view! Very nice room. No complaints about the room itself. The gate to the community was the most annoying because the guard isnt always there. Traffic is crazy on US-1. You cant walk to anywhere outside the gated community. The hot tub was broke. The other hot tub was under construction. The boats in the marina can be obnoxious in the afternoon. Excellent except for the gate and a few small annoyances.
