Oct 2020We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do. It is close to Broadway at the Beach, and you can see the beautiful lights of the huge Ferris Wheel from the hallway. It is close to the end of the boardwalk which is great for walking.

Aug 2022We had an overall fantastic time. Location is wonderful, hosts are super attentive and quick to respond, room is nice and clean and pretty! This was our second year at this same rental and extremely pleased. As a family of 7 we look forward to this big vacation every year and look forward to booking again next year!! Thank you for making our 14th anniversary an amazing experience.

Jul 2021We had a great time at the beast front condo! The room itself was wonderful. The lobby and parking can be a bit confusing when you first get there. The location was walking distance to many activities. We recommend this property to family and young adults.

Apr 2021We enjoyed ourselves. We were within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, mini golf and more. Unfortunately the beach water was cold for me but you know how children don't care they jumped right in lol. The kids didn't want to go to the pool only to the beach but there were 3 pools available if they did want to go. We went Wednesday-Friday night. It was peaceful until Friday night but that's pretty much every place you go and that's why we usually travel in the middle of the week to experience less of a crowd. The place was very clean especially the tubs. Everything was nice and I enjoyed the communication between Dusty/Tara. When we stay at Myrtle Beach again we will look here first for availability.

Jan 2022We appreciated the way the owners got back with us on some of our questions. It was unseasonably warm when we were there and had a hiccup with the AC but owners took care of it. We had a great time. It was nice to be so close to things and just walk where we wanted to go.

Jan 2021This was a great experience. Dusty was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. The unit was clean and plenty of space. Location is great and view from the balcony was spectacular. The indoor pool was cold the first day and no one was in the office. But Monday morning we were able to speak to someone at the front desk and they quickly remedied the problem. In fact, it wound up being the warmest indoor pool we've ever been in and was great.

Jan 2022This property is well kept and in an excellent location. Even in the off season there were plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance. The sunrise views can’t be beat! The check-in process was easy and the owners provided all of the relevant info and responded quickly to all communications

Nov 2022The property was very nice. Tara and Dustin were great to work with. It was very convenient and close to the boardwalk and it was central for going pretty much anywhere. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, could use a little TLC. The front desk staff doesn’t owe you anything because they aren’t part of the condos, they were very unfriendly for any questions we had.

Comfortable place to stay and right on the beach with the morning sunshine and evening sunset is perfect!!!! So much to do within walking distance. Parking was fairly easy and close by. The pool area of the resort had some maintenance going on but didn't disrupt our stay. We hope to be back one day!

A couple minor issues, 2 days the elevator was not working but luckily they have 2. Not much space to check in or out without getting blocked in and those that are not able to walk very far, parking could be an issue as parking for this building is a block back on opposite side of road. This is in a lot of Myrtle Beach rentals on ocean front side. There is no parking near the building. Overall my family had a wonderful stay & will definitely stay again. The owners were available if needed to answer any questions!

Mar 2022The duties that are expected of you ruin the whole purpose of a vacation. I don't know if this owner had terrible experiences with renters but the tyrannical mandates are ridiculous. The neighborhood is in decline and maybe that's part of the problem. Threats of do this and don't do that otherwise you'll be fined make me uncomfortable. You can't even leave dirty dishes in a running dishwasher when you leave. You must wait till they're clean and put them away! The cleaning crew doesn't have to do much and they don't. We found cheetos on the floor in plain sight. Not sure if they did more than make the beds.

Jun 2020The condo was exactly as advertised . It was roomy and most importantly spotlessly clean! The condo is centrally located near all the attractions , such as the boardwalk, sky wheel, Ripley’s believe it or not, and a bunch of other attractions . Personally my family enjoyed the boardwalk , miniature golf, alligator adventure , horse back riding , etc . I would definitely stay here again!!

Nov 2019Property was close to the boardwalk and was within walking distance to many restaurants. Condo was clean and neat and was a great view of the ocean. Would stay again.

Apr 2021Owners were excellent at communicating all questions & concerns. The unit was as advertised & check-in process smooth.completely stocked unit. Our ONLY complaint was the floor was sandy and therefore tracked black dirt into the shower. We vacuumed the floors a couple times to minimize the mess & wore sandals. That was minor compared to the view and locality of the boardwalk, after all you are on the beach. HIGHLY recommend.

Nov 2022Overall, enjoyed our stay. Thought the unit was a little newer than it actually is, definitely needs a little refresh. A couple small issues like not enough hand towels, bathroom door swings open and bangs closet door. And ceiling fans covered in dust. Biggest issue is parking, a little confusing on the parking pass. You have to cross Ocean Blvd, walk through a parking lot, then cross Withers St to get to the Atlantica parking lots. Would probably stay here again just because of it’s convenient location to downtown
