Feb 2021When we got there the cleaning company had not come and cleaned the condo and the beds were not made,no toiletries, dirty towels in wash that had not been washed as well as dishwasher full of dirty dishes, floor had to be swept, there were 2 lizards( one was dead). Once I informed the owner the cleaning company came the next day and corrected everything. And it was good from there except none of the toasters properly worked we had to hold down the knob to use the toaster.

Aug 2022We were very happy that the condo was exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful time at the pool and the food in the tiki bar was delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone looking.
The owners were wonderful to work with.
We will definitely stay here again!

Aug 2021We enjoyed our stay here! The condo itself was very nice, and all the amenities of the clubhouse were just a short walk away. My one complaint was that the kitchen was stocked with only the most minimal things. No mixing bowls, no cutting boards. We had to get creative, serving salad from a cooking pot. They did not supply even a small/starter amount of dish soap, dishwasher soap, or laundry soap, despite requesting that we run the dishwasher and washing machine before we left. They provided exactly 1 garbage bag for the kitchen trash-- fortunately our stay was short, so we didn't need more than this. Other than the bare-bones kitchen, we loved the condo itself and the location.

Mar 2019We enjoyed our stay at Ben's place. It was as described with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, & laundry facilities. It's about 10-15 minutes from Disney and Walmart is close by (but it is always really crowded). It's about 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Place was clean. There is a crib/high chair and the place held our large family perfectly. The gated community is well maintained and quiet. We would stay here again.

Jul 2021We ended up not really using the house too much other than sleeping and for that it was great. Excellent location and base. All we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The kids “lived” in the pool when we we were not at the resorts so this place was perfect. The kids rooms are also well decorated for them especially

Aug 2021We checked into the unit at Windsor Palm on 7/31 & there are a few things that I need to mention to you regarding the unit.There are a lot of issues & damaged areas inside the Villa. Things need some serious TLC.. Maybe an upgrade … I was disappointed with what I saw when I got here. The balcony chairs were folding chairs… The furniture is all Breaking in the living room.. the bedrooms were good.. the light outside the door was broken & it was the only one in the multi complex that wasn’t lit up. We needed to get out o our flash lights on our phones to let us Sea what we were doing. It was just disappointing.I did contact the owner & he thanked me for letting him know… I took pics for you so you can see what I’m referring to s as well.

Clubhouse/pool area is very nice.
Property has washer/dryer, very convenient. Plenty of space, had as many as 5 at a time without issues. Neighbors were quiet and friendly.
Minor issues: damaged curtain on slider to porch; pots and pans need to be replaced (I ran them through the dishwasher prior to use); cable service below average, WiFi didn't work, and shuttle from clubhouse to the parks cost more than driving to them and paying.
Overall though, a very nice place and would stay there again.

I do feel the unit could have been more kid friendly. I had a 3 year old and the dining table was glass with no plastic cups or bowls.
As for the resort, I loved the idea of an on-site movie theater. However when we checked it out there was only 1 show time, the movie was Star Wars and it wasn’t even set to play until the next day. I felt the arcade was way overpriced as well. Kids did love the pool and playground though!
Overall, a decent stay.

Apr 2019This apartment is horrible and there are so many nice apartments in Orlando go somewhere else.
I didn’t want to even touch the shower curtain it was so disgusting. The kitchen is totally under equipped, put it this way there is only one wine glass. It has the minimal amount of everything and everything inside the apartment is cheap and tired. The lights and fans in the bedrooms do not all work.
Ben will be responsive in your payment schedule but if you have an issue when in the apartment he will lie to you and tell you the manager has fixed it and then ignore you.
When I stayed (April 2019) the pool bar also lost its liquor license so if you want a cocktail or cold beer poolside forget it.
Finally it takes a good 30-40 minutes from the apartment to Universal.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned but within an hour of reporting to Ben the cleaning team showed up and did a great job. The condo needs new living room furniture & kitchen ware. Seems odd since these complaints are noted several times in reviews. The layout is nice and spacious. We brought our own beach towels, trash bags, laundry soap, TP, and dish soap which was fine. Would stay at Wyndham Palms again but probably not at this unit unless some updating is done.

May 2019The location is great! The pool was great! The condo needs work. Only 2 ceiling fans in the entire home, one of which did not work. Cheaply furnished. No elevator! Only 3 washcloths for 2 bathrooms. There were enough hand towels and bath towels. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags. The was absolutely no dish washing liquid or paper towel. The condo is really a diamond in the rough. If more money was spent to upgrade the furnishings, namely larger televisions, operable ceiling fans, hidden power strips, operable refrigerator door dispenser, and cable offerings this place could be amazing. Not much can be done about the elevator, by the owner, but it could be an issue to those with limited mobility. Overall, just an ok stay. Nothing to write home about.

Jan 2019The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay easy. The property is very close to shopping and restaurants and is only 10 minutes from the Disney parks. The clubhouse has a lot to offer. Very nice pool, hot tub, movie theater, pool tables and even a small convienence store. Will definitely stay here again!

Jun 2021The condo was a good value, but could use a few updates. The pillows in the master bedroom were horrible, we woke up with sore necks every morning. The cushions on the couch kept sinking in, which left us sitting on the hard frame. However, the owner was very responsive and friendly.

Jan 2019The condo is nice. It is very quiet. Very close to everything. The owners were very quick to respond to anything we asked. If you plan on watching tv, I am assuming it is the basic tv plan, you don't get very many channels and my only suggestion would be more towels. But overall we had a great time and it served its purpose.
