Jan 2020We went up the day after Christmas for a 1 week stay and the family had a blast. The 2 bedroom set-up was perfect for the family and the place is very well appointed as well as clean. Very responsive manager in John as well. The Inn has plenty for the kids to do. Definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

The condo is comfortable, clean and well equipped. John provided all the information we needed in advance and was very responsive to any questions that we had. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

Nov 2022This vacation rental was just what we wanted for our long weekend in Lincoln. It was clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to the indoor pool and game room. John was very easy to communicate with and the check in/ check out process could not have been easier. We only stayed for a long weekend, but the rental has everything we would need for a longer stay as well. We hope to be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Mar 2020This condo was convenient to Loon and nearby attractions. It was cozy and kid friendly. The condo had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub/pool after a long day on the slopes. I gave it 4 stars because the property could have been a little cleaner (old pillows, previous renter’s sock under the bed, hot tub needed to be cleaned and game room/locker room needed to be vacuumed...all easy fixes!). Location was superb.

Jul 2019The two bedroom condo is well kept and very comfortable for our family of four. The location is convenient with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby. The building has nice amenities as well: fitness center, pools, hot tub, game room and etc.. John has been very responsive and helpful! Overall, we had a good time!

Sep 2019The sheets on one bed were shocking, I complained to the owner and he was quick to respond and had them changed the next morning, however these 'new' sheets were so warn and pilled it was like sleeping on sand-paper. The beds were old and sagging and one you could feel the wire/springs, the pillows flat and hard like cardboard. It was horrible, I tried to get a room at the local hotel for the 3rd night just to sleep but they were sold out. The owner is nice but he must invest in his rental if he wants to see a continued return. First, clean it thoroughly, there is a lifetime of crud on the baseboards, there were spider webs, trash in drawers, and the coffee pot disgusting. Invest in bedding, that is #1 for any rental and keep it clean and fresh smelling.

May 2019The reserving process was pretty easy and the owner stays in touch and responds to any questions quickly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was great for any Winter or summer activities. It was also in walking distance to food and local shopping.

Jan 2019The condo is in an awesome location, was well furnished and in working order, and plenty comfortable! We could easily walk into town to many stores and restaurants (highly recommend Gypsy Cafe!). A short drive to the mountain (or use the shuttle). We did lots of outdoor exploring and activities (sledding, tubing, hiking, strolling through town...) and also spent plenty of time just hanging out on the couch playing games and reading. The condo has a great view of the back wooded area and the mountains behind it. Very nice! Will definitely stay there again if we return.

The location was perfect, lots of shops closed by and atracsions to vist and enjoy. The condo was just as pictured, clean and organized. Gorgious and cozy, and easy to access things. Over all great place to stay in for any trip. :)

Nov 2021Our condo was clean it was cozy it was very accommodating to the five of us. They were extra pillows and blankets and games in anything that we could think of was there. The mountain was right down the street and it was phenomenal to go skiing.

There was plenty of room for the five of us and there are so many things to see and do so close by. We enjoyed having the kitchen giving us the option to cook/eat in and there were a lot of good food options nearby as well. The kids loved the pool/game room and the property was very clean.
John was very responsive with communications and I would highly recommend him and this place to anyone looking to enjoy the Lincoln, NH area.
