Eingebettet in Avalon, dieses schön entire apartment für 373 € pro Nacht ist ein phantastisch Auswahl für Ihr nächstes Urlaub. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand entfernt. Es ist eine geräumige 900 Quadratmeter große Einheit, die eine große komplette Küche, einen Balkon mit Grill, ein Queensize-Bett, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Essbereich und zwei Fernseher hat. Sie können den Whirlpool für 10 Personen und den großen Pool nutzen. Unsere Einheit befindet sich über dem Garten und die Eigentumswohnungen sind schön angelegt und gepflegt. Um die Dinge noch besser zu machen, können Sie unseren Golfwagen mit Straßenzulassung, Ihr Auto in Avalon, ganztägig nutzen. Wir befinden uns neben der Wrigley Road und neben dem Golfplatz und dem Civic Center.
Was ist in der Nähe: In der Nähe unserer Einheit ist der Golfplatz und ein beliebtes Restaurant namens Sand Trap. Dieses lokale Restaurant ist berühmt für seine Fisch-Tacos, Bier- und Frühstücksspezialitäten. Sie können die Wrigley Road hinauf wandern, um einen Blick auf das Herrenhaus und die gesamte Bucht zu erhalten. Die Wrigley Road ist weniger als 100 Fuß von unserer Ferienwohnung entfernt und bietet eine großartige Wanderung mit spektakulären Ausblicken, während Sie über die Klippen blicken und die Bucht, das Meer und die Stadt Avalon sehen.
Im Condo: Während Sie sich im Condo ein Bad gönnen können, können Sie im Whirlpool entspannen, auf dem Balkon grillen und im Schlafzimmer oder im Wohnzimmer Kabelfernsehen schauen. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie ein Gourmetessen in der Küche zubereiten, die alle Geräte, Geschirr und Besteck enthält. Wenn Sie draußen speisen möchten, haben Sie Glück, denn auf dem Balkon stehen ein Esstisch und Stühle.
Was auf der Insel zu tun ist: Catalina bietet Golf, Angeln, Tauchen, Schnorcheln und die meisten Wassersportarten. Sie können mit den berühmten Glasbodenbooten, einem U-Boot oder einem Parasegel hoch über dem Ozean fahren. Es gibt Fahrradfahren, Wandern, Touren an Land und auf Booten. Die Insel bietet auch Nachtleben mit vielen tollen Restaurants, Nachtclubs und Tanzmöglichkeiten. Das berühmte Casino bietet Führungen durch ein Museum und ein Cafe am Wasser an. Catalina hat für jeden etwas dabei!

Jun 2018This was a nice cozy condo for my family of four. It had everything we needed and wanted. The golf cart, pool and jacuzzi were a must have that really made our stay awesome.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the lack of tv which the owners kindly refunded money back to compensate for it. Apparently there was some issue with the cable on the island. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Nov 2019This place is perfect for a couple or small family. This was our first time staying at this place, but 2nd at this Condo Association. It is a nice place to stay and close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle, but far enough to get a nice quiet sleep.

Feb 2022This is the second time that we had stay at this property, very happy and satisfied although the condo we stayed at is under some renovation it was still very cozy and comfortable. Quiet and we always felt very safe. It's located walking distance to a lot of different points of interest and of course having the golf cart available was a plus. Can't wait till we go back again but, hopefully by then the pool and jacuzzy facilities will be available.

Jul 2020The golf cart was filthy & should have had the trash throw out & cleaned. It looked liked it had sat outside for at least six months without be touched or one piece of trash being thrown out. I know how valuable having a golf cart is but its condition was really unacceptable. I would have even paid to have someone clean it. mr hunt was very enjoyable to work with & was accommodating. I love the island. We have been going tp Catalina for over ten years for the 4th of July as a family tradition with my grandchildren.

Jul 2018Save your money. This condo needs a SERIOUS makeover and upgrades. It is straight from the 1960's and needs a remodel. There is NO AC, which is unbearable during the hot, humid summer months. 2 fans were placed in either room which did little but blow the warm air around. The whole place gave me an unclean feeling. We have been visiting Catalina for almost 8 years & this was the worst vrbo we've ever stayed in. At almost $400/night with service fees/tax/cleaning, stay in a descent place on Catalina Island. Trust me.

May 2019Mr. Hunt is a very nice man. Loved the property and Mr. Hunt's attitude. The ONLY drawback to the experience was that the included golf cart was parked 1/4 mile away. Other than that? I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in Avalon and have a golf cart to use for the duration of their stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in Avalon and have a golf cart to use for the duration of their stay.

Aug 2018Just like they posted. Having the use of the golf cart to get around Avalon really was nice. I have been to Avalon several times in the past and renting a golf cart can be a real pain.The local gentleman that helps manage the place is very helpful and pleasant

Sep 2018I was on the island while the Catalina Wine Mixer was going on. The place is great where we stayed because it was away from the big crowds of people. It was very peaceful. The place itself was cozy and well kept. With all the amenities I would need. I would definitely recommend this place! The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
