This is a very nice and secure condo just steps to a nice beach area. This condo is updated, nice beds/linens, has a washer dryer unit in the condo, nice AC and beautiful views of the ocean. There is a sports park on the opposite side with a nicely lite playing field and running track. There are several restaurants and Walgrens within walking distance. The WIFI in the condo was great and the coffee and filters was appreciated the first morning. There is a bit of local night traffic in this area, but does not distract from all of the great things this condo offers. Chris was very helpful and responded in a very timely manner.

This is a nice simple condo near the beach with restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive when we had a request. We asked for extra keys and they were here in a flash. The second bedroom came in handy when my daughter arrived for a few days.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. Right across the street (residential, not a busy one) from the beach. The AC worked great but the windows gave an amazing breeze so we didn’t end up using it every day. We hadn’t stayed in Ocean Park before but we loved the neighborhood. We went to Kasalta almost every day for coffee and snacks. Chris was an excellent host and responded right away whenever we had questions. Can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back.

The view is everything, you are literally across the street from the beach. It’s not crazy either it’s very calm and relaxing, not too many people. It’s the nicer part of town. Came for a work trip and can say I felt safe in the apartment, very secured. Parking is gated. Only negative thing I would say is in the large bedroom the sunlight will shine directly towards the bed around 6am. I had to buy a sleeping mask to block it out. But other than that I loved it. 10/10

The place is clean and comfy. Beach is right across the street which is convenient. Not the owners fault, but the power for just our building was out for three days. Other than that, everything was good. I would recommend staying here.

The condo was modern, clean and provided us with everything we needed. The windows were a little dirty. I cleaned the ones in my room and the view became even better. It was amazing the see the sunrise and set over the beach. The property was clean and secure but having another set of keys would have been helpful since you needed them for the elevator and gate. The neighbors were friendly. Chris and Diana were very helpful in getting the garage door opener fixed when it broke. Parking was a little tight though. There's much to do in the surrounding area and on the island. Every day we did something new, as well as relaxing on the beach. It was a great experience and i will be back next year.

The apartment is right across the street from a park and a glorious section of beach. You can walk to some nearby restaurants. Great place!

Ocean Park is the best neighborhood in San Juan. It has it all... within walking distance. The property overlooks the ocean and is perfect for a week long (or more) stay. Will definitely book again.

My hubby and I spent 7 days at this condo. The condo was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. No scrimping on supplies as I’ve seen in the past at other VRBO places. The bed was very comfy! The view of the beach from the bedroom and living room was stunning. I loved the athletic track next door. Enjoyed walking every morning. After being cooped up in house through bitter Winter, this was a huge blessing!! We had an issue with remote for parking gate and Diana came over quickly and fixed for us. Very responsive! The only downfall to the location is the noise at times because it’s a thorough fare to the beach. Besides that, loved our stay! Recommend eating at Cayo Caribe (1 mile walk) and Pirilo (fantastic beef and ripe plantain pizza). Thank you, Chris and Diana!

I've stayed here several times now and will keep coming back. View is incredible. Unit very clean, washer and dryer.. everything i wanted and more!

It's was amazing

If you like being close to the water then this is the place to be. The apartment was super clean, it had everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach. We even found beach towels, beach chairs, and a small cooler. The bedrooms were super cute, the view was AMAZING! Chris was so great, very obliging. The AC in the living room was broken he tried every measure to order a new one in time but was not able to do so so he ordered a fan and we blasted both AC’s from the bedroom as the fan circulated the cool air around the apartment worked like a charm. My only concern was that the área got so dark at night. The lights from the park stay on until 11pm but then it’s pitch black. I’m assuming this is normal for PR but being a city girl it kind of freaked me out. I felt very safe though because there were locks for everything even the elevator had a lock! It was very secured. Overall, my stay was excellent and the beach view was perfect! The pictures do not do this space justice.

Great views, great hospitality. Three very good eats within walking distance. The beach right across the street. Can hear the waves at night ( makes for great lullaby). Very attentive owner and manager. Will definitely be back . 5 and 1/2 stars!!!!!

Great spot: Love you, the breeze, this simplicity of the apartment. The minor rough edges are easy to overlook: the building could use maintenance, the voceteros drive by loudly now and then (true for that entire island now of course). Overall, I would definitely stay there again

Chris was extremely accessible when needed. He met us several times to exchange keys, parking remote, etc. We look forward to staying in this location again!

Chris's place looked better than the pictures! It was extremely clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and cooler were perfect for the days we wanted to take a quick walk to the beach and have a beach day. It was a 10 minute walk to a cafe and some cute restaurants and then a equally quick uber to Condado or Old San Juan. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the Ocean Park neighborhood.

Absolute paradise! You will fall asleep and wake up to waves crashing and gorgeous sunsets. The apt is spacious and clean. Walking distance to great authentic restaurants on Calle Loiza.
