We enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The view is great and the property was clean. There were a few areas for improvement: the supplies in the kitchen were a bit lacking and several pieces of furniture were broken including patio furniture on balcony which was disappointing.

Loved the Condo But.....

We loved the condo in a perfect location but the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, silverware and plates, etc need to be replaced. Need new fry pans of a couple of sizes. Everything else was great and beds were comfy. Nice big condo with great balcony. Thank you for letting us share. Master bath toilet needs fixing too.

Fantastic place!

We had the best time location is amazing and condo is beautiful. Very comfortable beds!! Only wish the basic cleaning supplies were provided, like spray cleaner and dish soap. Otherwise, perfect!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. So very quiet and clean. We went in the clean large pool every single day! Loved it! We had fun taking the Old Town Scottsdale golf cart taxi back to the house after dinner. I would stay here again. 100%

We had a great time at Madeira beach. The condo was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The view was outstanding! I also loved that the balcony was a good size. We all spent a lot of time on it. Wonderful vacation

Underwhelming

We enjoyed the views, however, the furnishing were uncomfortable at best. The kitchen was poorly stocked, especially for the size of the unit. The outdoor furniture was unusable... every piece was either broken or so worn out you couldn’t sit in them. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach but that was about it. The unit definitely needs to be updated with nicer furnishings and more comfortable living areas. We were very disappointed

Exceeded Expectations

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was immaculate, free of foul odors. We absolutely enjoyed the condo and it is located at the best location, not too crowded but not to far from popular spots. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation

Was a great place for a long overdue family vacation. Size was perfect and well decorated. The ocean front view was amazing and being able to listen to the waves any time was so relaxing. Was great to have extra beach chairs and an umbrella. Seating on the balcony was great and plenty space for everyone. Only complaints would be no coffee filters or dish washing liquid. Dishwasher was hard to start but might be just we weren't used to it.

Very nice rental! Only complaint was the amount of bath towels. We had 5 people and was provided 6 towels. I did contact the rental company and they did offer to give more towels but said I needed to come pick them up. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer. Surprisingly the closets were full of floats and noodles that were put to great use in the gulf. Thank you again!!!

VERY NICE CONDO. i WOULD 4 OUT OF 5 STARS. wE HAD TO GET THE DRYER FIXED AND THE KIDS BATHROOM LEAKED ALL OVER . THEY CAME TO FIX AND IT WAS STILL LEAKING FROM THE HANDLE. I JUST SHUT THE WATER OFF AND WE ONLY USED 1 BATHROOM THE REST OF THE TRIP OTHER THEN THAT THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. LOOKS LIKE THE WHOLE PLACE IS NEW EXCEPT THAT ONE TOILET.

Best trip ever !!!

This property is perfect ! Great location and proximity to beach. I loved it ! I wil definitely be staying here again. I loved the fact that this was a smaller complex. The beach wasn’t crowded at all, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend Las Brisas !!

Nice place right on the beach

The property was nice, unfortunately the elevator was not working when we were there. The outdoor furniture needs replaced, but we barley used it anyway.

This property is horrible at best !!!

The property was dirty. The furniture is just nasty. The elevator to this property was down/broken (my mother is 80!! ~ not gonna work for us ) The deck furniture was broken .. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY... however, there was a silver lining. The property manager Rudy and check-in specialist Gail were beyond great !!! Because I was so unhappy with this property, they did move us to a very nice property ..Villa Madeira.

The location was perfect. A little noisy with the neighbors upstairs but hey, you’re in a condo so you have to expect that. Overall, the place served our purpose and the sunsets alone made up for any noise.

RR great to rent from

The location of this condo is great! Very cute condo and spacious. Even though we had some issues like the toilets clogging and overflowing and the wash machine leaking this place is beautiful! When we called the property management about the problems they were so nice and sent someone to fix them right away. RR is an amazing property management that cares about the renters. When the maintenance man came to fix the washer he was so kind and even threw our towels in the washer that we used to soak up the water. Suggestions I would make for the owner, there was not a spatula (besides the grill one) and no pot holders. Other than that this property was great.

So much potential

The condo was pretty clean, the couches felt dingy even with the slip covers because they were full of sand, the dryer takes about 90 minutes to dry a load of laundry, there were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas., the seating on the patio was pitiful with only 2 chairs. There is only 1 parking space for the condo that sleeps 8, it took the person from the property management company about 30 minutes to try and tell me where else I could park, there is only 1 unmarked spot at this site that I assume is “Guest Parking “, again, she did not know. The solution from her was to park across the busy street at the motel for $15/day. The complex itself was dated and seemed dirty, location was great, views were great, check in process should be A LOT simpler instead of having to drive 10 minutes out of the way. I would imagine in the summer with all the traffic this is a total nightmare. Why not place the parking pass inside the condo so when you get the keyless entry access code you can enter and grab the parking pass? While we were there a gentleman from the property management company arrived unannounced to change the air filters in the condo. I find this extremely unprofessional that we were not informed that he was arriving, on a Saturday to do work. The gentleman stood over me as I was punching in the code, then I decided to stop and knock on the door so he didn’t see the entire code. I called the management company to make sure this was legitimate, the answer was yes, I requested a new door code, was told they don’t do that and that the gentleman has the code anyway because he works for them. Good thing I wasn’t changing when he decided to arrive because I guess if I didn’t answer the door he was coming in any way??? Why is this “stranger” to the person renting this condo doing this type of work, on a Saturday while there are renters? The changing of the filters couldn’t wait until we checked out on Monday? I Would not rent this place due to the property management company, nor would I rent from any place that is managed by this property management company.

Beautiful view and condo

The condo was perfect for the 6 adults. View was awesome and just steps from the beach. We watched dolphins and sunset from the large balcony. Only complaint was washer and dryer need to be updated.

Girls Weekend

The condo is clean and spacious. The beach is a few steps away from the building, very convenient. The pool is clean and shaded for the morning and most of the afternoon. Perfect place to stay!!
