We had a wonderful time! The Perkins Ave place was perfect for our quick family trip and is in a great location to walk to almost everything we did. Overall we were super impressed with how clean and spacious the unit was for our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend others to book this space!

We found the VRBO site and listing by accident. It sounded too good to be true so I shelved the idea for a while until I could find the downside. As I write this post-stay review, I can honestly say there was none. I kept waiting to see how many hoops there were to jump through to complete the booking and the fact was it was so easy I kept fearing that I'd missed something or done something wrong. It was easy to book, easy to find and everything went off without a single hitch. Parking and access couldn't be easier. The electronic door lock was just like home so that was comforting, along with the security system, again, just like home. We had everything we needed right there. Spotlessly clean, all well maintained and kept up. The view from the roof back across the river was awesome at sunset. The places we found to eat right within waking distance were great too. We stayed at what could probably be considered the busiest weekend of the season (4 th of July) and even with the people and traffic things remained comfortable and enjoyable throughout. We attended a racing event in Epping and were able to get in and out of town easily each day. There was plenty of police presence so we knew problems were going to be few if any so that was comforting as well. I could go on and on at the risk of sounding like a paid endorsement, so long story short, from booking, to arrival through our stay and departure, we couldn't have been more pleased and I am looking forward to the next time we can arrange to come back. We wouldn't even think twice about it, period. Thank you for providing us with a fantastic place to stay for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Karen’s place is clean, bright, new, and a huge plus....has two full baths! She was also quick to respond back on any questions we had.

Walking distance to everything. Clean organized home with modern Decorations. Plenty of room for 5.

Very clean, updated space, short walk from the beach and restaurants. Easy to check in, with a door code sent to us before arrival (and no need to carry a house key to and from the beach, incidentally). We crossed paths with the owner on our way out after the van was loaded and had a short conversation - she’s a lovely person and was staying in another unit of the building. Would love to stay here again - highly recommended!

This was perfect for a family reunion! We had 5 adults and a 19 month old; there were NO issues with overcrowding! Very clean and well laid out.

This property was in walking distance to beach, restaurants, and just about everything. The rooftop deck was fun to hangout and provided a nice view of the fireworks which was an unexpected treat. We had a great time. The beach is beautiful. The house was clean and perfect size for us. I’m glad the property also provided a parking space. I’m sure we’ll be back.

There is everything you would need here. It is spacious, clean and with the roof top deck there is plenty of outdoor space It is definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in in Hampton Beach. It is just 1 block from the beach. Will definitely come back. It is also kind friendly.

Property was super close to the beach and many places to eat. Outside shower was very clutch for family coming off the beach and helped keep inside of home clean. Plenty of space for family of four and maybe more.
