Apr 2022Wonderful stay at this condo. It's very close to two lifts/lodges for Heavenly mountain (Stagecoach and Boulder), though not really walking distance with equipment. Heavenly village and other mountain access (gondola and California lodge) are just down the hill (10-15 minutes drive).
Our condo was a walk up on the 5th floor with beautiful scenery, spacious for 2 families with kids and very well appointed. We all had a great time!

We appreciated the large fans and enjoyed the patio and barbecue grill. We really liked the location; it was nice to be in the mountains away from the crowds. The host was very communicative. We would stay here again.

The view was absolutely beautiful! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better trip to Tahoe and cannot wait to stay here again!

Feb 2021We spent three days skiing in Heavenly and the condo is three minutes by car to the ski lift. The views from the condo are beautiful. There is everything you need to cook with in the kitchen. The condo was spotless and we felt right at home. Heather was always quick to respond to any questions I had . I would definitely recommend staying here.

Aug 2021We needed a condo that could accommodate our large party where everyone was comfortable and this one fit the bill as it also included laundry amenities. The days we were there was warm during the day, but cool at night, and the property had more than enough fans to help move air around so that we were able to cool off the unit in the evening and warm temps were never an issue overnight. Due to the wildfires, the air was bad 2 of the 4 days we were there and wished that there was air conditioning, so we could close the windows, but not the owner's fault because of bad air quality. A few minor gripes we had were that the tv was too high up and quality was not great (wanted to watch olympics), ran out of toilet paper on last full day there, and there were too many items in the condo making it appear small and cluttered. I understand they only supply a starter set, but another 1-2 extra rolls would have been nice as it took us time to go to the store to pick some up. The cost wasn't much, so hopefully the owner will take this comment to heart and supply just a few more rolls for renter's convenience. The decorations looked great, but having a few less items may be better for less clutter. Thanks for a great stay. The property description was accurate and again, we appreciated all the beds so everyone got a great nights sleep.

Oct 2020Well situated condo with plenty of amenities.
Our family consists of eight people, with two of the children having special dietary needs. You can imagine that finding lodging that suits us is not necessarily simple. Because eating out is difficult for our family (even before Covid) we planned to take our meals at the condo. The kitchen was equipped well enough that I did not need to bring any of my own equipment. Having the list ahead of time was extremely helpful, as I was considering bringing my own crockpot. There was no need. If you plan to feed your family at the condo, the kitchen is very well equipped. The only recommendation I would make is that you bring a few of your own dishtowels.
The condo is very well equipped. I feel like I'm repeating myself here, but we have stayed in resort condos in 6 different states and this place was better equipped than any of the others. We even made use of the game table up in the loft and put together a puzzle. Our 7-yr old discovered the Uno playing cards and has now become an Uno fiend to the delight of her older siblings!
The location of the condo could not have been better. It's only about 15 minutes from good beaches on Lake Tahoe and a grocery store is on the way. The stairs are not that bad for a fit person but if altitude and exercise are not your friends, you may consider packing light. I, however, prepped and packed roughly 300 pounds of food. This caused some serious dismay and a little laughing on the part of my (pack-mules) family! The views are truly lovely from the balcony and we thoroughly enjoyed the light of the setting sun in through the dining room window.
The owner is highly responsive and quick to handle a problem. We had a little bit of drama one day when something broke. When I called, she immediately took action steps and provided excellent service. This is important because sometimes the owners are not as quick to help. I also noticed a generous spirit in their quantity of consumables left for tenants. The owner is a class act and we highly recommend this condo for your family vacation.

Jul 2020We had such a great time in this South Lake Tahoe condo! This condo was the perfect size for my family of 8! It was stocked with the necessities and had many fans which was so great because we had a few hot days. It had a high chair that was clean and worked perfect. My only request would be towels... 2 kitchen towels was a challenge and I had to wash them many times. We loved the summer and they views but we are really looking forward to staying here in the winter to ski! Thank you for a much needed vacation!

Aug 2022We had a great time staying here. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. We are a family of four and had lots of room to spread out, but also appreciated being able to hang out together for movies on the main floor. There are a few trailheads right around the condo which was really nice, and it is very easy to get down to Heavenly and the main attractions. We had plenty of everything we needed and the owner was really responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting South Tahoe!

The kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware were all quite new and in good condition. It was very comfortable.Please note that the location is quite high in elevation. It's up a mountain road and then some. From the parking lot you have to climb several flights of stairs. You feel it right away. You need to be in decent shape to go up and down several times a day. You should also note that the pool is a bit of a walk away. It appears short in distance, but the elevation makes everything seem a lot further and harder to get to. But once there, it's a nice sized pool and the water is at a good temp.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It has an amazing view of the mountains!

Jul 2019This South Lake Tahoe wasn’t perfect for our girls weekend getaway! It was clean, well stocked with so many convenient items and perfect for a larger group with the number of beds! Heather was so nice and easy to communicate with- even during our stay! I highly recommend this place for your future Tahoe stays! The only thing my guests complained about was the 4 flights of stairs, but honestly it’s a great workout and you can’t beat the view you have from the condo!

Mar 2022The shuttle will pick you up at the street and take you to the Stagecoach or Boulder lodge/lift for skiing. Master is very large, but beware if you are taller (over 6’) and take the loft as there is a beam that you could hit your head on as you get to bed.

Jul 2021The owner responds quickly and is extremely nice. We had an amazing time. The owner explained everything you need to know in the description. It was very clean and felt like home. I would recommend this location for any family as long as climbing stairs are not on option.
