This was our first trip of the summer and it was amazing. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent, close to boardwalk and beach, especially with a bunch of littles. Property owner was very kind and helpful staying in contact with us during the trip incase we needed anything. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

This is our second year staying at this property and it is now our annual tradition. Our small children call this their "Vacation Home" which is the perfect way to describe it because it truly feels like a home instead of a rental house! It is super clean, with lots of room (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!) There are stairs to go up, but it is great being on the top floor as no one is above us. On Fridays, you can see the boardwalk fireworks from the balcony! It feels secure knowing there is an indoor garage space for your car and beach supplies. It is close to the famous Wildwood sign with beach balls. And only a few blocks from amazing ice cream at Sea Shell! The owners are fantastic to work with and communicate well.

This condo is close to the beach and boardwalk. It was nice to have three bathrooms with tub and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped. But, the screen door to the balcony is hard to open. Once you go out to the balcony, you can see the board walk and beach. You have to climb the stairs to get to this unit because it’s in the second floor. The parking garage’s entrance is very small. So you need to bring a small car. FYI, there are a lot of loud cars in the Wildwoods. That scares my kids. Other than that, it was nice trip and we had a great time.

The place was very nice! Jongmi was an excellent host who was very helpful. Location is just a block or two away from the beach. You can see the Friday night fireworks on the boardwalk from the balcony! Her house was incredibly clean and there are three full bathrooms. Thanks for a lovely vacation at your place!

The owner of the property was very nice,easy to communicate with,and prompt response. The property was well maintained, clean,nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay, a short walking distance to the beach, broadwalk and shopping centers. We will definitely rent the property again. I will give 10 stars if I was able to .

The house is at great location, one can just walk to the beach, exactly 10 min drive to Cape May so location wise it's a 5 star.Home is at 3rd floor so definitely something you won't choose if you have any elder person coming to stay here.Once you get to the home it's clean and has abundant furniture. But I had following issues:1) Once you get to the kitchen you will only find dinner set and glasses, except that you will get nothing here so you have to get to grocery store to buy everything whatever you need for kitchen. Have been to many BNB and this was the first time we found a kitchen so empty.2) Water heater was off, when we complained about it then owner asked us to turn on the switch. 3) Trash bags, dishwash soap etc were at minimum quantity, we thankfully got out trash bags.So I will recommend anyone flying by air not to book this place as you have to get your sheets and other basic stuffs.Overall the stay was nice, would have been great if the house was not treated in a cheap way.

The first thing that my family and I noticed when we arrived was how clean the property was kept. It is close to the boardwalk and beach. The property owner was attentive to all of the questions we had and very responsive to any concerns. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to wildwood,nj.

The condo was spacious and clean. Everyone was thrilled to have 3 bathrooms. The property owners communicated early the address and details to what we needed to bring for our stay. We will definitely choose this property again while staying in Wildwood.

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The location is on a busy street in the middle of Wildwood so I knew it would be a bit hectic- the motel across the street was a bit loud over the weekend with music and people shouting but once the weekend was over it was more quiet. The parking was a bit troubling. I have a large SUV and it was very difficult to park in the garage. Helpful hit- I was able to buy a metered parking pass for the entire week for just $50 and park right in front of the condo and anywhere in Wildwood. Just go to the City Clerks Office to buy one. Owner was very responsive to my text questions.

The condo unit was lovely. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great!!

Most of the house in Wildwoods are like places for partying, not much of furniture nor decoration, but a place to sleep. However, this house was very nicely decorated. Make you feel like home. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths, perfect for our group of 6. The house is very close to the boardwalk. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from the terrace. The house was very clean. The central A/C was great plus in the hot summer days. Many good restaurants in walking distance. Word of advise for the future guests, please put away every single item back to where it belongs. We consider ourselves very thoughtful guests. We always left our shoes outside the door. We washed off sands, before entering the house, and never touched any decorations in the house. All the trashes were taken to dumper, after we checked out. However, after we checked out, we got the messages from the host saying that for many year of renting, this is the first time the place left as this condition, along with 3 photos forwarded from the cleaning lady, one picture with clean dished on the drying rack, one picture of clean pots on the stove, and 2 empty soda bottles left under the sink cabinet, which we forgot the remove, because left out for recycle. Apparently the cleaning company they use does not put away anything for her. Hence, anything not put back to original places, will incur extra charge for the host, and down to the guests. To be fair, the host did reminded us many times that everything needs to be put back to the original place. We washed the dishes and pots right before checking out, and naturally thought they should be in the drying rack. The host was very nice, and called to explain to us, and she actually did not charge us the extra cleaning fee the cleaning company charged her. So, for yours and host's sake, remember to put everything back to where they were, before check out. The cleaning company they use will charge you a lot for cleaning fee, but will try to charge more, if to put back clean dishes to the cabinets. I will give the host 5 star, and the cleaning company they use, 1 star.

Layout of home was perfect. We loved the fact that there was 3 bathroom & 2 of them where connected to 2 of the bedrooms. Owners were very nice. I thought it was so nice when they texted me the first morning just to say they hoped we all had a good night sleep.

Have nothing but nice things to say about both the property and owners! Our family had a wonderful experience and already are talking about planning our next trip! We hope to be lucky to get the same condo! Perfect location, friendly neighbors and owners, everything was great!

Although it rained most of the weekend we made the best of what we could. The owner was so gracious to extend our check out due to the inclement weather we had and that allowed us to enjoy the last day on the beach and still have a place to get cleaned up before we left. I would definitely recommend this location.
