Unsere Wohnung ist weniger als eine Autostunde (32 Meilen) östlich vom internationalen Flughafen San Juan entfernt. Unsere geräumige, luftige und schöne Wohnung hat einen spektakulären Blick von unserem Balkon, wo der Atlantik auf das karibische Meer trifft. Unsere Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für bis zu acht Gäste mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Vollbädern und zwei Parkplätzen. Ein Auto zu mieten ist einfach und der beste Weg, um alles zu erkunden, was die wunderschöne Insel Puerto Rico zu bieten hat. Damit unsere Gäste jederzeit auf Komfort, Entspannung und Genuss achten können, ist unser Gerät mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet: Klimaanlage, Roku-Flachbildfernseher mit kostenlosem Netflix in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, Highspeed-WLAN, Bettwäsche, Strandtücher, Liegen und vieles mehr.
Diese rund um die Uhr bewachte Wohnanlage befindet sich im Pena Mar Ocean Club in Fajardo, Puerto Rico und verfügt über drei Swimmingpools (einer davon mit Rutsche), ein Clubhaus, einen Fitnessraum, einen Kinderspielplatz, Tennisplätze und einen Basketballplatz. Das Clubhaus, in dem sich der Fitnessraum, der Hauptpool, der Whirlpool, das Kinderbecken und der Spielplatz befinden, befindet sich direkt neben unserer Unterkunft. Aug 2022We visit PR regularly and have stayed at many condos, resorts etc. this was one of the top properties we’ve stayed.

Mar 2019We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is really nice, well-maintained, well-equipped and secured. We could not have better hosts than Della and Mark.
Our only minor issue was that there was no cable for TV, so could not watch regular network stations. But the Roku TVs in every room with internet access did provide many other viewing/music options, eg. Netflix, Pandora, etc.

Dec 2021We stayed for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing. There were more than enough bath towels, beach towels, beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc.). The kitchen was well-prepared and stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The property was about 6-8 minutes from Seven Seas Beach which is such a beautiful and serene beach for kids. We will definitely be back to explore the area more.

Dec 2021We stayed for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing. There were more than enough bath towels, beach towels, beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc.). The kitchen was well-prepared and stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The property was about 6-8 minutes from Seven Seas Beach which is such a beautiful and serene beach for kids. We will definitely be back to explore the area more.

Feb 2019We loved the condo and the amenities. The place was very spacious and fit 7 people comfortably. They had many beach items in the condo for us to use during our stay. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and the owners communicated with us in a very timely manner and did everything in their power to fix the situation. We were very pleased with everything and we would definitely recommend staying here anytime.

Jan 2022We had plenty of room for a family of 6. Great location and condo. Had everything you needed to cook. Pools were clean. Bam bam was great. Anything we needed. Places to go. He was very helpful. Were be back. One huge negative. Security at gate. When we 1st got there. We was told we wasn't on list. It took us 15 minutes to get in. And its wasn't the only time. They need to figure that out.

Nov 2021We had a great experience here! Della was great and easy to communicate with, instructions were clear and easy to follow. They responded quickly and the property was pretty much what we expected. Loved that they had beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler in the condo! It really made our time on the beach so much more enjoyable. The condo was well stocked with cleaning supplies and detergents, we used the washer and dryer several times during our stay. The kids loved the pools and it was a really cool view overlooking the marina. Would definitely stay here again.

Jun 2019We enjoyed our stay at Pena de Mar. The balcony views are amazing! We were able to see the mountains, marina, and the Caribbean ocean all from our balcony. We loved that there was three pools so most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo even had a pack & play and high chair for our 6 month old and the owners where always available by text message if we needed anything . I would definitely stay here again and with 24 hr security we always felt safe. Thank you Della for letting us enjoy your condo.

May 2019This was such a fabulous place to stay. No complaints at all. We loved to deck for quiet time. We had friends staying in another unit and they had a grill, otherwise we would have liked to have had one of those. Highly recommend!!!!

Aug 2019This is the third time we’ve stayed at Pena Mar and the first time staying at Della’s unit. We absolutely loved it! The condo was clean, modern and in a great spot. Evelyn (Property Manager) was very accommodating at check in and also had the condo spotless! Della was also very responsive and kept in contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Our group had an amazing time and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you for the hospitality! We had other friend that booked with us at Pena Mar and they were a little jealous that our unit was nicer than theirs....LOL.

Oct 2022This getaway was exactly what we were looking for. Wonderful balcony view, where I enjoyed my breakfast looking at the ocean; look to the right and there are the mountains. Location is perfect for all our activities and a very secure stay. It is a great place to stay. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with Mark and Della through the process was easy and prompt.

Jul 2019The rental property was amazing! There were two pòols both walking distance from the unit and it is close to the gym as well. We were met by the property attendant and showed around our unit and given instructions. The property is close to amazing restaurants my fav was inside the marina only 5 driving minutes away. Over all a perfect place to stay while in PR!

Every room has air-conditioning and the bedrooms have room darkening curtains. The balcony is always shaded and overlooks the marina - if you lean out just a little bit, you can see the sea and a couple of other PR islands. Mark and Della were the perfect hosts - available and helpful when we needed them but never intrusive. Overall, this was a perfect unit for us and our family.

Every room has air-conditioning and the bedrooms have room darkening curtains. The balcony is always shaded and overlooks the marina - if you lean out just a little bit, you can see the sea and a couple of other PR islands. Mark and Della were the perfect hosts - available and helpful when we needed them but never intrusive. Overall, this was a perfect unit for us and our family.

Apr 2022The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for a family. The pools were very nice and made use of the beach chairs that were a part of the rental. Added bonus it has backup power too. The island lost power while we were there but we did not. The only reason we knew the power was out is that it was really dark outside. Would stay there again

Nov 2022The condo was just as displayed online. Very spacious and clean. The Kitchen has high quality pots and supplies to prepare your favorite meal and to make a cocktail. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the ferry port. You can see the ocean and marina from the balcony. The property has a guarded gate with several pools, tennis court, and walking trail. Handicap accessible with elevators and walk in showers no stairs.
Great communication with the owner. I would note hesitate to stay again.

May 2019The condo was extremely clean, well decorated, and organized. All your daily amenities are available in the unit. We felt very safe in this gated condo. Close to stores and amazing restaurants and close to some of the most besutiful sites in PR such as national rainforest El Yunque and easy acces to the ferry. The morning views were breathtaking from the family room and balcony. The owners were very kind and responsive making sure we were comfortable on arrival and our stay was plesant. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends and looking forward to our next trip to puerto rico in this condo.

The beds are comfortable and the complex is quiet. Della’s texts were timely and very helpful.We had some trouble with the lock, which Della is having fixed. The complex security is excellent, but it means you cannot leave on foot, but this was a minor inconvenience. Jan 2021The apartment is well equipped. Everything you need has it. The owners are very kind and understanding. The check in and check out were contactless, but very easy as long as you follow the instructions provided by Della. The down part was that not all of the condominium's amenities were available, due to Covid-19, it was not an impediment to enjoy it's beautiful view and landscape.
There's also walking distance restaurants with good Latin food, which makes it great if you want to go out and dine, but do not wish to drive.
For sure we will be returning to enjoy all that was left and the tours available in the area...especially the bioluminescent bay kayak tour.

Aug 2022Such a wonderful home, spot on with the description on website and very easy to communicate with Host, Ms. Allen. The three of us had a great time and loved coming back after each day's adventure to relax or eat and sit on the porch. The beds were very comfortable actually all seating was comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pans/blender, etc for cooking meals! You can tell this rental is well cared for and safe with a gate person every time you enter. I highly recommend this rental!

Sep 2019Stay was great. My family and I had a great time. Near many attractions like El Yunque. Nice restaurants near the complex. Quiet surrounding, but with near by night activities to enjoy either with alone or with family. Highly recommend this property!!!

Della and Mark were always attentive with everything even with storm info... Also with places where to visit!!! The condo is gorgeous and VERY clean it had EVERYTHING we needed... My kids loved the pool very clean and not crowded at all ☺️ Walmart and Walgreens was only a 10 minute drive as well as Econo a grocery store... I recommend everything about this place...
