We had a great experience for our first time to PC. The condo was conveniently located to all activities and Main St restaurants/shopping. Property managers were great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. Will definitely rebook this property.

Very nice condo with great ski access. Condo well equiped, but starting to show wear due to its heavy rental use. Also can be noisy at night due to being on Main street, but access to Main street is also a great feature...just renter beware. Overall great value and location!

Tough to beat the location of this condo if you want to have some fun in Park City. The dedicated parking space is very nice to have, and when it comes time to ski you only need to walk down a floor, put on your boots, grab your skis from the locker that comes with the property, and walk right out to the town lift. And when you get back, High West and The Cabin are right there for dinner and après-ski fun. You should be aware, however, that this is a "fun" place, not a peaceful one. It's a pretty vibrant area.

This was our first trip to Park City and the location of the property was perfect for skiing and access to old town. We could walk out the door and straight onto the Town Lift. We rented skies from the store in the same building. Everything was so easy. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was the first one that supplied all the paper products and toiletries. They made it so user friendly.

This property is located in old town, right next to the ski lift, which made it perfect for those of us that wanted to snowboard and perfect for the others who wanted to be centrally located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped. We barely used the heat because the lovely fireplace kept the whole unit warm and cozy! Additionally, the owners and property managers are very easy to communicate with, which made for an easy checkin and stay. We had a wonderful vacation and would gladly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Park City!

This place was fantastic! Very clean modern feel, unlike many other very dated looking rentals I looked at. The two jetted tubs in the house were great, and the community hot tub was about 50' down the hall. The house stayed very warm, we barely had to use the heat. There were other comments about street noise in the morning. Yes, there is some but it is not bad and not one of my 6 guests even mentioned it. The location of this unit is so close to Town Lift, you can't get any closer. There was a very nice private pass code protected ski locker downstairs just steps away from the door that leads out to the lift base. Being on Main Street is so convenient too. The owner was very quick to reply with any questions I had regarding booking. We will stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds worked out great for our 3 kids! Kitchen was well equipped. Having laundry detergent, soaps, & kitchen supplies was a huge plus too. Only thing we needed to buy was our food & drinks. I will say the only negative was the loud garbage trucks collecting trash on Main Street early mornings were loud and woke us up earlier than we would have liked. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this unit.

The master bedroom window didn't close all the way which made it pretty noisy from the street. The master bath shower had no water pressure and the tub clogged. It was fixed the next day. The smoke detector in the living room was not attached and there was an empty box of pots and pans left on top of the fridge. Overall, it was just okay.

The condo is right at the end of Main Street and very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has comfy beds. We enjoyed being right on Main Street being able to access shopping restaurants and hiking right outside our door.

Terribly easy check-in. If you call and can’t get anyone in person - leave a msg. They’re great at getting back to you. No keys needed. Parking was a snap. Everything is within walking distance. Would like to come back

Property location. Was nice and centrally located.A few items needed replacement or repair. I will suggest that guests should bring ear plugs as there is a garage across that each time a car exit there is a loud voice ( at all time day and night ).Other wise we had a good time overal.

Positives: Condo is attractive, well-decorated, cozy, vaulted ceilings, great natural light, handy bunk room, town lift steps from building entrance, ski tuning shop in the bldg., proximity to town absolutely fantastic, exceptionally charming coffee shop, Atticus, across the street, artisan flatbread pizza place Vinto’s nearby, daily cleaning service for extra fee, fun snowshoeing just outside of town. Website photos accurate. Bldg. Mgr. responsive to problems--we had several. Negatives: 1. Elevator Broken: Arrived at 7pm with 6 bags, 2 pr. skis and groceries to find sole elevator broken and unit on 3rd floor. 6+ hour trip with kids plus high altitude, super exhausted, no one in bldg. and disappointed to have to lug everything up. Elevator running approx. 24 hours later. 2. Lights: 3 of the 7 ceiling lights in the living room dead and 2 of the 3 ceiling lights and bureau lamp in bunk room dead when arrived. Lazy but unit was clean and bulbs fixed next day. 3. Homeless Man Sleeping in Stairwell: Safety issue with our kids. Emailed owner and bldg. mngr. After 3rd night we didn’t see him again and someone cleaned stairwell thoroughly. Owner hoped I'd call the Sheriff's office-not my holiday plan. 4. Snow Plowing: Main St. early morning snow plow situation loud. Started 4am, Tuesday morning up and down street. Every time plow backs up, ONCE every MINUTE for 2 hours, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP loudly. Think 'garbage truck backing up’ sound--no sleep for these 2 hrs. Chinese water torture. Price of being on Main St.? Fell back asleep at 6am and got on the mountain at 11am. 5. Town Lift: If there isn’t enough snow you need to download to condo. NBD but more fun to ski. 6. Owner: FYI Did not provide special consideration for inconvenience of #1-3 above (e.g. extra late check-out (logistics prevented) or discount on 1st night). Surprising choice as unit/bldg. was not presenting properly or commensurate with expectations/website. 7 . Conclusion: We enjoyed the primo location and cozy condo. I would not stay here again, but my husband would, ideally in quieter unit facing away from Main St. Condo has style and location is a winner-- except for street noise. Happy Skiing.

Perfect place to stay! Steps from the lift and plenty of places close by to eat.

Only real complaint is for a non-smoking building the unit smells like smoke. Of course you can’t control your tenants. Great location, had everything we needed, would definitely stay again.

My husband, my son (16), and I have stayed in this building 2 times now, once in this condo. We just love the location! Ski in Ski out in town it's crazy!!! :) This condo was furnished really nice and had all the cleaning, soaps, coffee filters, shampoo, spices, the small things you really don't want to purchase for a vacation. This home was a really cozy place to come to after a great day on the slopes, shopping, or spa all right outside your door steps! :) If you have any question just email Mathew(condo owner). He answered all my questions before our arrival right down to "do you have a Keurig coffee pot? :)

Location was awesome and as close as stated to TownLift, which you can ride up and down. City bus was a bit confusing the first day, but figured out how to get a stop at Town Lift instead of going all the way to the transit center. Place was great and very comfortable. We did enjoy the hot tub as well!

Location was amazing. Roof top deck was wonderful! Listing was misleading there is NO KING size bed, which is all I book since my partner is 6’3” tall. So that was UNCOMFORTABLE sleeping. He ended up on the bunk bed....so if you need a king then you may want to rethink this condo. Cleanliness was ok spots on queen size duvet, no soap in bathrooms for sink or in shower area (we eventually found hidden in a closet) and it was dusty...but we cleaned some and still enjoyed the location. Manager was very responsive and helped get fire pit on the deck working.

Lift Lodge is the perfect location. Very clean high ceilings make it feel comfy. Much funner downtown than when we stayed at Deer Valley or Canyons. Top floor is the best, no footsteps over you!
