Nov 2016We truly enjoyed ourselves, your place was perfect for the 6 of us, overlooking the beach and steps from the pool was the best! The walk into town and back was exactly 3 miles and having the driver pick us up at the airport was the best. No need for a car. Everything is right there!

Sep 2018We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party - 10 girls total. We had so much room and so much fun! The property manager greeted us with chips, guac, salsa, and margaritas for each of us. He was so helpful with groceries, setting up transportation, and helping us go on a boat. The beds were very comfortable, it was about a 15 min beach walk to Mango Deck, and the view was of course the number one best part of this place! It was a great weekend with a very pleased group. Nov 2019We had a flawless experience from the time we arrived to the time we left! The resort itself is fantastic. Not too crowded, close enough to everything, and right on a beautiful, swimmable beach. The unit is beautiful, sparkling clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. Oscar and Saul (the welcoming committee) were kind and helpful, and gave us great restaurant recommendations (and they make amazing guacamole and margaritas!). The units look out directly over the beach and the pool, and the balconies are the perfect place to hang out. This was a family vacation for us with our young children, and we're pretty calm, but we were asked to turn down our music on the balcony a couple of times in the middle of the day (we brought a small speaker from home). This was fine with us, we could still listen at a reasonable level, but I wanted to mention it since we were a little surprised anyone could even hear it. But I really appreciated the fact that the resort was calm and enjoyable for our whole family, so I do understand that this requires some level of regulation. All of the staff was quite attentive and helpful, and I was impressed at the level of coordination between the resort, the owner, and ground transportation. Everything seemed to happen seamlessly and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our entire stay. We're already planning our return!

Feb 2017We could not have had a better place to stay. The views that we woke up to every morning were stunning. The place was a perfect unit for a family or to share with friends. We had maid service everyday and the resort is awesome.

Feb 2017This was the most wonderful room we ever stayed in. All of the rooms are spacious with comfortable furniture and amazing views. The unit is well-stocked with cooking utensils, coffee and seasonings. My only complaint is the pool towel rules were not in enforced.
there were towels on every lawn chair by 7 -7:30am with nobody in them. It was very hard to find a spot for a group of seven

Oct 2022The room location and views from the Ocean were amazing and very accurate. We felt as though the rooms could have been a bit more cleaner upon arrival and better communication with property manager. However overall good experience.

Sep 2020The property was better than the photo's. We had 9 girls and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The balconies are spacious and the views are absolutely gorgeous. They were doing construction above us starting at 9:30am which was much better than starting at 8am however you really couldn't be in the room once it started. The pool was lovely but not very lively. The sister pool next door had people and a happy hour so we spent time there as well. Food at the pool and service was awesome. The condo's are split so for the 3 bedroom you are connected by a little breezeway, it worked out perfectly for us.

Dec 2016Our group of 7 stayed here for a week. The views are stunning looking out at Lands End and Medano Beach from our terrace. Villa La Estancia service was warm and welcoming. Kitchen was well appointed and the grill on the terrace was an awesome feature. Food at the resort was high quality and reasonably priced, perhaps due to plummeting peso. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Owner was a pleasure to work with and treated us to a margarita and guacamole welcome.

Mar 2019Our entire family stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and we couldn’t have been happier. The villa is big, beautiful and right on the beach - and the view is stunning. We were greeted with chips, guacamole and margaritas!! We took advantage of the kitchen and made breakfast most days - everything we needed was there. Humberto made the reservation process easy and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend staying here - you won’t be sorry!!

May 2018Humberto has two 3 br villa's here at Villa La Estancia. Both are absolutely fantastic! They are both a short walk to either the pool or the beach. Very spacious rooms, and a full (beautiful!) kitchen. Washer/dryer came in very handy also! Both villa's are situated on the east side of Estancia, which is perfect for morning shade while enjoying breakfast on the patio. Even in the evenings, there is shade from the hot sun.
This is our 6th year renting from Humberto, and I must say, he is excellent to work with. The staff at Estancia is second to none, and will make certain your stay is enjoyable. This IS the place to be!

Dec 2017Highly recommend this unit, owner, location. Premium property. Love this location on Medano Beach. We bought all inclusive for 3 days of our stay when we arrived. 12 years and older we’re $85/day. Does not include alcohol. Food on property was TOP NOTCH!
Overall, unbelievable vacation. Wouldn’t change anything. Thank you Humberto!

Sep 2017Had girls trip. The view was amazing and the villa was very nice. Our host Javier was amazing! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Should not sleep more than that. Time for the bad news. The hide a bed couches in the bedrooms were awful. Mattress Covered in plastic and so thin that all you could feel are the springs. Running hair dryers and having bathroom fan on blew the circuits all the time. Had to choose who was going to blow dry hair first. Ice maker in fridge would barely put out ice. Had to always get in freezer and dig ice out of bin. Had a large grocery order. Placed it 4 days in advance. The groceries were not there when we showed up. Had to write out another list to get groceries. Private taxi back and forth was great. Pool was fantastic.

Absolutely loved our time in Cabo. Beatiful weather, great whale watching trip and three Marlin were caught/released on fishing trip. One thing that needs attention is that the front metal gate does not lock. I was uncomfortable leaving room doors open while we're out on decks. I did mention it to the staff and was told that the part has been ordered.

Jan 2018From the ontime minute, B & B Transportation met our party at the airport and quickly drove us to Villa Estancia for a week's stay in Beachfront room 1201. Our luggage was quickly brought to our room and we were met with a perfect margarita and guacamole app. The view is amazing and the rooms updated and perfect set up for entertaining. We've been fortunate to stay here for vacations, my daughters engagement, her wedding and time to just get away from the cold in Minnesota. I highly recommend you contact Humberto to make your reservations and stay, the best and safest beachfront room in Cabo . . .

Oct 2017Could not ask for a better stay and the accommodations were superb. We were even surprised with margaritas and guacamole and Pico upon our arrival. The staff were so very accommodating and friendly. Our only complaint was our arranged transportation to and from airport never showed. This was a small issue that I am certain will be resolved. I will definitely return to this property again. My family traveling with me were so very pleased as was I. The condo was super quiet; never any outside noise.
