We had a wonderful visit to the DC area as a family with teenagers. The location to the metro, shopping, restaurants and groceries was perfect. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the space to spread out. The owner was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful trip in DC even though the weather was mostly rainy. The location of the rental is a block away from Trader Joe's, which we utilized for groceries to make breakfast and dinner a few times. It is also within walking distance to the Foggy Bottom metro train. This is the only form of transportation we used on this trip. The accommodations were perfect for 4 adults (2 couples). The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked. There was adequate space for relaxing in the evenings after full days of sightseeing. We would definitely choose this rental again when we travel to the DC area!

We had a great Spring Break 2019 ; excellent location, easy walk to the user -friendly Foggy Bottom for easy access to all major sights . Easy walk to Georgetown for shopping and restaurants .. comfy beds and safe location. Would definitely recommend !

We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay here again in the future. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Accessibility could be an issue if you have trouble with stairs, but it was perfect for us. The location was great and convenient to the metro. We enjoyed or stay in Georgetown. The house was in great condition and had a super location. Not far from the Metro, grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable . Thanks for letting us use your home. Perry, Cole and Jake

We enjoyed a brief stay at this apartment in a great part of Washington DC. The location was five star as was the appearance of the apartment. The owners have obviously given a lot of attention to this property. The only downfalls are that (although I am all for water conservation) the shower water pressure was very low and having the kitchen on the lower level where there is nothing else other than a bedroom is fairly inconvenient. But those issues did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the property and location.

We came to DC to celebrate a milestone birthday for someone that had never been. This apartment was immaculately cleaned, beautifully furnished and was the perfect “home away from home” while we travelled. Proximity to public transit, and ample dining only added to the experience as we never had to worry about getting lost.The owner was incredibly helpful with parking information which was a must for these southern gals that “don’t get out much.”Thank you Ehab, we hope to visit again soon!!

This property was elegant and conveniently located. The kitchen is well stocked and many amenities were provided (coffee, filters, TP, shampoo, hairdryer, etc). We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the use of this beautiful condo.

This property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near all of the DC monuments and museums. It has plenty of space. However, during our stay we experienced significant issues with the cleanliness of the property. Most concerning was a full tub of black smelly water under the kitchen cabinet. A towel had been used to catch the water and was soaked and also smelled. There appeared to be mold on the floor of this cabinet. In addition, a dirty cookie sheet was found in the oven. Finally, linens were left in the dryer and the dryer vent was completely clogged. We brought these issues to the attention of the owner multiple times when we discovered them. The owner did respond they would address these problems with the cleaning staff, however, nothing was done during our stay.

I don't know the boundaries of Georgetown, but if it's not in Georgetown, it's two blocks away across the bridge. It pretty much has everything you need. The two bathrooms are great. The sleeper sofa is comfortable. Trader Joe's is close, although not my favorite grocery store. They don't sell soda or mainstream candy there which I thought was odd. My only issue, and it's not a deal breaker by any means, is the corner is noisy at night (heard many ambulances and fire trucks. Even heard a couple fighting /arguing in detail after midnight. The living room cozy , but is pretty light from the street lights , even with the shades closed. However I am just telling you and in know way want to discourage anyone. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. So many great restaurants and shops down the street. It really is a great location. This apartment was super comfortable--lots of light, two nice bathrooms, cute kitchen. It was perfectly located--close to Dupont Circle, not far from the Mall--a great home base to see the city. Ehab was flexible and quick to reply. I'd stay here again!

This apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location can't be beat! Beware of the parking deck though - it's closed on weekends and you have to call and wait for someone to let you out. I would stay here again for sure -- we were comfortable and felt safe. It was so easy to walk to Georgetown and we enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants. The Trader Joe's across the street was a big bonus also for grabbing some snacks.

The property was great and worked well for our group of three. We had close access to Georgetown and the National Mall/Museums. Ehab was a great host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed for privacy between the bedrooms if you need it. I would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.

Please note to be aware of steps, if an issue prevents you from going up and down steps. It was not a problem for us, but wanted others to be aware.

The property has a great location - walking distance to several restaurants and Trader Joes nearby. Easy pick up and drop off location for Uber rides to anywhere in the city. The kitchen is well stocked - dishes, appliances, etc. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of paper, tissues, shampoo, etc. Beds are comfortable. TVs upstairs and downstairs. Our host was responsive and easy to work with before and after our stay. We will stay there again, if available, for our next trip to DC.

The property could not be better situated for visiting Washington, DC. No car needed! Short walk to the subway, morning coffee and uber/lyft services within 1 minute. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed for our family's visit to DC for a wedding nearby at the St. Regis Hotel and for visiting family in the Arlington area as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was nice but it says it sleeps 6 which was a pullout couch. We were okay with that accept the linen was lacking. There was not enough sheets to dress the pullout. The pillows were obviously very old and thin. The 2 that were going to sleep on the pullout had to stay somewhere else. We complained to the manager but it was never resolved. It was a great place for four just not six.

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience from initial booking through our final check out. Ehab is very responsive and thorough which made check in and check out very simple and easy. We wanted to do a trip to D.C. for Father’s Day weekend - and being one of our only trips ‘out’ in the last 16 months - I really wanted to make sure we felt safe (covid wise) and at ease. This property is in a great location - just off of George Washington University’s campus - making it close to food/shops, yet only a few blocks from the mall. Trader Joe’s is directly across the street which made life very easy for us - traveling with food allergies is not always easy - so knowing we could go right across the street to get anything we needed made life a lot less stressful :) There is also a CVS about 1/2 mile away - also convenientThe apartment itself was so clean and so comfortable - we were truly able to relax and enjoy our time in DC. The apartment has anything you could need. We are looking forward to our next stay at this property!
