Apr 2021Wonderful location, clean and comfortable beds. We absolutely loved the place and would certainly come back. I would just note that you need to bring all your spices (even salt).

Sep 2018We stayed 10 days at the condo. It was perfect for us. Beds are not the best but Ive also slept on way worse beds. No backaches for me. We only tried to turn on the tv once. We were mainly on the balcony or at the beach. The view is great. Saw dolphins every day. Already planning a trip for next summer!

Jul 2019We love the C3 building at Pinnacle Port and have stayed in several condos there. The condo was very comfortable. Housekeeping was a little late on check-in day so instead of getting in at 4pm Saturday, we had to wait until almost 5:30. We couldn’t find a dustpan to sweep up sand in the unit and there wasn’t a disposal in the sink, but we were very happy with our stay. The balcony furniture was the best I’ve seen for these small balconies.

Jul 2019We loved the condo! Big beds and everything was updated. Beautiful! The only thing was it seemed really hot most of the time we slept and we could never get it very cool in the bedrooms. We only slept with a sheet on. But other than that the price was right and we loved the location! Definitely would love to book it again next year!

Mar 2022We loved our stay! The location was amazing. We stayed during a very busy spring break. Every other beach area we visited was so crowded, but our location was calm and peaceful. Only a few people on the beach. The beach access is perfect, just steps from the unit. The sunsets were so beautiful from the balcony. The condo is spacious. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters. The location is convenient to both rosemary and panama city beach. The property management team was easy to reach and communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Jan 2022We have stayed many times at Pinnacle Port and always in the short rise buildings, but never in this unit before. This is a a new favorite! It is furnished well with comfortable beds and living room furniture and overall a beautiful unit! We will be back!

May 2022We have stayed at a property owned condo next to this one for several years. This is definitely a step up. There were a couple of problems that they are aware of and will address ASAP I’m sure. We will return.

Sep 2020We had an amazing time at the beach despite having to leave early due to hurricane Sally.
The unit was clean and well stocked. It’s situated on a very quiet part of the beach. The only negatives were no disposal, lack of hot water (none at the kitchen sink) , noisy squeaky bed in guest room , and no pool beachside..

Apr 2019We had a great stay. We had no problems checking in and the condo was in a great location on the complex, Just a few steps to the beach or park for the kids to play. The condo was nicely decorated but could have been cleaner in my opinion. The tile shower had several mold spots throughout and just didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Overall a great place to stay as a family.

Jun 2022We enjoyed our time spent in the condo, and there was a lot of time spent inside due to the rain and storms! The condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! We had a great vacation despite Mother Nature!! Hope to come back here again!!

Jul 2021We always stay at Pinnacle Port. Our room was great however most doors will not lock, dryer stop working on Thursday night and it is impossible to watch tv due to it freezing up. We dont go to the for the room. We would stay again. Hopefully this time time next year. Hoping to stay 2 weeks next year.

Jun 2020This unit and building are at the far end of the pinacle port community and as such, is a perfect location....BUT it is also the access for public beach which, because they have no rules, allows giant tents and boom boxes to destroy the perfect view. The noise level at night and the darkness are amazing for star viewing, etc. as it is right next to a state park. Our unit was fairly well appointed BUT the air system is not efficient. So unless you are into camping or are cold blooded, I would not recommend this unit. Even with all the blinds shut,etc - the system would not keep up and this was only mid June! Otherwise, they have done a good job with the decor,etc.

Nov 2022This location was absolutely gorgeous. The bathrooms were nice and clean (what I always look for). It looks just like the pictures. The beach was literally steps away. The locks were a little rusty but after calling it in not a problem. The person on the phone was really nice and helpful. The office person on location was not. When I told her I could not get in my location she said it was nothing she could do and she was off for the day and left me standing. Very unprofessional. Other than that the location and unit was perfect!

Jun 2022This is our favorite resort and our first time staying in this particular condo. We have no complaints. It was tastefully decorated and the view is perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. There was even a crockpot and blender. Furniture is comfortable. The hair dryer that is provided is fantastic. We were very happy to have ceiling fans in all rooms and an additional box fan for master. It could get very hot in the master specifically with the afternoon sun. Keeping the blinds closed all day throughout the condo also helped. There are a couple of suggestions that would have made our stay a little easier but were not make or break issues and we would certainly return. Hampers for both rooms would have been helpful. Also, there was a total of four hangers for both rooms. Additional hangers provided would have been nice. The instructions for tv/cable/internet/wifi were not up to date when we arrived and getting the TVs on was an issue. Connecting to wifi was also tricky as it seems each room was logged onto a different service or network name. The log in info wasn’t correct. Eventually, we figured this out with the help of itrip staff who stated the info had recently changed. This would be helpful info to have in each room by tv and in the itrip checkin packet that is emailed. The biggest issues that should be fixed asap is the master bedroom does not lock at all. This is a little disappointing. Also, the handle in master shower needs fixed because it just spins. Our stay was beautiful, condo was very nice, appeared clean, check in and checkout was a breeze. View is spectacular and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay again but would certainly prefer the second bedroom to have a queen and twin bed or two twin beds rather than the single king. However, we knew this when we booked just making a recommendation as I believe more families with children/teens could better utilize the space with an additional bed rather than sharing one. Thank you for another great week at Pinnacle Port.

Mar 2022The fishing did not cooperate at all. The weather was what we expected. This unit was not what we expected. It was much more. It was clean, well stocked and beautiful. All of our visitors said it was the best place we ever stayed. Coming back next year. Can’t wait. Oh, and the view was perfect!

Apr 2021Property needs some “love”. Cabinet doors were hanging off, knobs come off when opening, shower handle in master bath just spins are some examples of repairs needed. It was a great location but we will try a different unit.

May 2019Pinnacle Port has been an annual vacation spot for 30 years! However, we never stayed in a condo on the west side of the complex. I understand why Pinnacle Port is known “ as a quiet corner of the world”. This is a wonderful second floor condo at the west end of Panama City Beach. Condo was recently updated & very clean. This corner unit is tastefully furnished and well equipped. Views from the balcony and master bedroom are amazing. Sunsets are spectacular. We had a wonderful experience with iTrip, the company managing the property. Emails concerning our stay were received promptly after payment and prior to arrival . Jason, iTrip representative, was professional and knowledgeable. He returned our call within minutes! As we pulled out of the parking lot, we were planning our next trip !
