Aug 2022We’ve stayed here before and it’s a great location for 4 or 5 adults or a family. A lovely cosy house and lounge with amazing private views of the lake.

The location is perfect, the views are incredible, and the unit itself is perfect for a family with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, nice fire and a lovely lawn and table and chair outside to spend hours at. We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Feb 2021We loved our evenings out in the patio watching the sun go down over the lake with a glass of wine. We started the day with an early morning walk along the lake front and afternoons down to the beach for a swim.

May 2022We have stayed in this property on several occasions and love being there. Located above the walking path the views are lovely and it is very quiet. We enjoy cooking as a family and the kitchen is very well equiped. This is such a comfortable spot to relax after a day biking, swimming, walking or kayaking.

Oct 2020We enjoyed our stay however the weather was such that we were obliged to spend most of our time indoors. No problem re warmth and comfort but would have appreciated a larger TV given the circumstances.

Oct 2020This was a clean and tidy property. The views of the lake were amazing. Beds were very comfy. Everything we needed including a port-a-cot. The only negative I would comment on is that the kitchen and bathrooms need modernising. But they were fully functional and adequate for the job. We would book here again.

Dec 2022Perfectly located to enjoy all on offer in Taupo. Whether you're after a stroll, run, swim, bike ride, coffee, ice-cream or food, it is literally all on the backdoor step! If you don't feel like leaving 'home' it is also possible to part of the action from your sun lounger on the patio. We highly recommend this great property.

Jul 2020Loved our stay here. Very comfortable beds, cosy lounge and log burner, nice hot showers, and such a beautiful view. Feels like an peaceful escape but just minutes from hot pools, and town with so much for the family to do. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and having a bbq in the private little garden looking over the lake.
