Oct 2022You will not be disappointed with this rental. The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay (e.g. dishes/silverware, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, etc... even beach chairs and beach towels!). The ocean view from the huge front windows is amazing and the cool breeze into/through the condo never stops (...being easterners, we were concerned when learning there was no A/C... but it's not needed at all... you'll enjoy a wonderfully comfortable breeze 24/7). It was a perfect stay and we can't wait to return!

Mar 2022You can’t beat the views and location! Nicely appointed with everything you would need to enjoy the vrbo and beach. The vrbo was not dirty but a tad worn. However, the views and location completely surpass any attention to detail. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area!

Feb 2021Wonderful location, amazing view from living room, right on the beach, walking distance to tons of great restaurants. About 10-15 minute drive to all kinds of family friendly things we did the zoo and the USS Midway museum in down town San Diego, Belmont park is close as is Sea World. Rooftop BBQ area was great at sunset. Everyone there was very friendly. Family friendly, sand toys beach chairs available in the room. We did the beachfire guy as a recommendation from another review we read and planned it at sunset a little pricey but 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

May 2021When we walked in the front door I turned my head and saw the ocean. It's what we hoped for. This condo feels spacious inside because it has a good floor plan, and a big picture windows/ patio doors so lots of light and fresh air, and the furniture is comfortable. Also thought it was nice there was a recliner type chair for a person who would need more support than the couch. Anyway, the view is amazing even when sitting down or in the kitchen.
We walked along the beach, onto the pier, into town for a bite, and into the neighborhoods. We didn't use the pool, but checked it out, and the water was a perfect temperture.
I'm glad we picked this place and Pacific Beach.

Oct 2020What a fantastic location for this vrbo! You really can’t beat being able to walk straight down to the beach without having to find parking etc. Having beach chairs, boogie boards all available to use was a bonus! Fantastic view. Only downside was we couldn’t find the sheets to the pull out bed, and the tv in the living room was not working at all. Only other suggestion would be to have some blankets available during the evenings when it gets chilly. Would definitely stay again!

May 2020We were able to get in and out without any problems and the place was better than the pictures! The view and location were just as advertised and were both incredible. That rarely happens with a lot of rentals... but this is definitely that unicorn! Laura was easy to reach and was very accommodating. Thank you and we will be seeing you again very soon!

Mar 2022We stayed for the month of February. We loved the decor and location. The access to local restaurants is wonderful. Everyone from the host, Laura, to the security guards were very helpful and friendly. The view cant be beat. We've already booked our stay for next yeat!

Aug 2022We loved our stay at this location in San Diego. It can't get much closer to the beach. Even being a multi-story building it was quiet and fairly private. The room is right next to the elevator which did get quite a bit of use. Everything was as advertised and even had wake boards and beach going gear for the kids to enjoy. We will save this location for future trips!

This unit has a wonderful kitchen with many items you would need. Only one bathroom but had two sinks one sink located outside of bathroom which is helpful especially if you have more than 2 people staying there.
Highly recommend this unit and the complex in general.

Apr 2021We had the best time exploring the area! The beach path is perfect for biking, walking, scootering, etc., and brings you right to amazing beaches, food, shopping, and Belmont Amusement Park. Rides were closed at Belmont due to COVID, but we were able to mini-golf, rock wall climb, play games, and walk the ropes course. Renting a bike is the PERFECT way to get there. I don’t recommend “Rays Bike Rental” (the service wasn’t great), but there is another place right on the beach walk that is fantastic. Breakfast Republic has awesome food and the service is great. Don’t forget to check out The Baked Bear for dessert or Afters. The lines are typically long, but they go fast. Take a drive south to Coronado beach right outside Hotel Del Coronado to rent a beach lounger and check out the gold sand. Drive north to see the Sea Lions at La Jolla Cove. The condo is cozy and offers the most beautiful sunsets. Self laundry service is available ($1.25 a wash or dry so bring quarters or download the app to pay) so pack light. There are beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, a volleyball (bring a portable inflator), and all other home amenities. Our host Laura was always available when we had questions and we couldn’t be happier with how wonderful this place made our trip. Thank you for helping us make more family memories!!

Nov 2021We had a wonderful visit to San Diego. The condo was cozy and clean, the view was amazing, and the place was perfect for our 1 year old daughter. The location was great to walk down to the beach or the pool/hot tub. There were several restaurants and stores within a short walk down the beach walkway. We had such a great time we are already hoping to come back again!

The kids also enjoyed the pool down the street. No complaints and Laura and her husband were also very responsive when some minor issues arose. Highly recommended.

Jan 2020We had a great visit during the new year holidays, and this place did not disappoint. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience at this condo and was perfect for our family new year celebration. Laura was super responsive to our needs/questions and made it right for us when we checked in late at night. The view from condo was incredible and we enjoyed the view from condo every day, particularly the last sunset of 2019. We cooked breakfast every day, and the kitchen island was perfect place for 4 of us to eat. Couch was large enough for 4 of us, and my son slept there no problem. We will definitely come back again.

May 2022Walking in alone was breathtaking views. With a floor to ceiling glass wall and able to listen to the ocean and see for miles, it was truly remarkable. The condo is very well kept, clean, and safe. Can’t get any closer to the beach than that! I can’t wait to go back!
