Calypso 402 East - VIER Liegestühle, + Netflix

We had a great vacation at this condo. The owner was always quick to respond and was very helpful. The condo was just as advertised. We loved that it was on the fourth floor, great views and could still take the stairs or use the elevator that just went from floors 1-4. Also could easily walk to all the stuff at pier park.

We had a great stay except for air didn’t work for 3 days. It was hard to sleep due to it was hot.

Very nice condo, clean and plenty of room for 5 adults. Communication was beyond excellent especially check in and out information. Condo was exactly as described. Prefect location for first timer’s to pcb.

Very nice building. Overall the condo wasn't bad although compared to others we have stayed in this one wasn't as nice; it needed painted, bedspreads needed replaced, and furniture was old and scuffed up pretty bad. The cleaning could have been better: we found trash under the beds and small cereal boxes in the bunk beds and some other trash under the living room furniture. The master bed creaked with every movement but was comfortable and the fosset needed worked on in the master bath ( hot/cold hooked up wrong you either got hot or cold water no warm) On a good note there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Jenny was great to work with and very friendly. I didn't complain about the rental issues we just went with the flow and enjoyed our vacation without focusing on minor things;) We prefer staying on the 2-4th floor and this was on the 4th floor so it was the location we wanted although we didn't book until March due to our original condo being canceled at the last minute by the owner ( previous reservation was 3rd floor and cheaper) but nice as we had stayed in it before. No condo is ever prefect and that's understandable. Again Jenny was great and that makes up for any issues so I didn't feel the need to complain:) Ac was cold, w/d worked, beds comfy, great view, plenty of kitchen utensils, lots of toys, beach chairs, and even coolers. Everything you need for a good time. Loved that we could change the door code to something new could remember. Again not complaining just comparing to other units in the calypso.

This was a beautiful property so clean with an incredible view . The location is perfect so many things in walking distance I think we left the condo once in cars . Loved this place and will be back .

This Unit was more than accomodating, Jenn was super easy to deal with and answered all questions very quickly. The bonus closet in Laundry room was packed full with beach toys ,floats,and chairs better than any unit I've ever rented...will miss 402 East forsure

This property was gorgeous! It was exactly as described and extremely clean! There’s great furniture out on the balcony for late night drinks/snacks and a fully stocked kitchen for meals if you cook in. On top of an ideal location, steps from white sand and the beautiful green Gulf, Pier Park directly across the street is an added bonus! We spent most of our evenings there, doing various family things and made some time for adults! Everything is nearby such as pizza, ice cream, Starbucks, many chain restaurants, mamas and papas, some of the best oysters you will ever eat. There’s tons of shopping and some thing for everyone! PCB is an ideal vacation spot if you want to visit Panama City Beach without renting a car! EVERYTHING is in walking distance! I’ve heard people say that Calypso is a bit more expensive than the others… Well in this case you get what you pay for! Can’t wait to come back🌴👍🌞

This is the perfect condo for 2 families, having 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen-dining-livingroom area, high-speed WIFI and a TV in every room. The condo was clean and decorated as pictured. The balcony overlooking the ocean and pool was even larger than pictured with 2 high tables, 4 bar chairs and a chaise lounger. There are doors to the balcony from both the livingroom and the master bedroom. The balcony gets good sun even on cold days, which feels wonderful to those of us from the north. The sunrises and sunsets over the ocean are gorgeous, especially with the pier in sight. The Calypso is in the perfect location just a long block away from the action at Pier Park. The fine white sand beaches are a pleasure to walk on. This was my second time staying at one of Jenny's condos at the Calypso, and it won't be my last. She is highly responsive to calls and texts, and has the booking process thoroughly streamlined. As a bonus, she is a very nice person.

The unit is outstanding, any issues were very minor and no fault of the owner. This resort was very very busy in mid July so plan ahead. You can hear quite a bit of noise but this was in large part to the busy time and a lot of teens driving the strip music blaring and reving engines and being loud at pool and beach. The option of reserved parking is a great option but our spot was tight. Again plan ahead we knew it would be as we drove a large SUV. Only reason I give a 4 on location was again due to busy time. Actually location would be awesome during less busy times.

Spent a couple weeks here early November 2020 on a Workcation… Check in was smooth went straight to the unit and used the door code I was sent (no checking in or waiting in lines). The unit itself had some everyday wear and tear but was clean and worked well for us. Great view from the 4th floor unit, easy access to the beach and heated pool. The location is within a 5 minute walk to Pier Park which has Shops, Bars, and resturants among other attractions. Under better circumstances we would have spent more time at Pier Park but chose to cook most our meals in which the unit had everything we needed to do that (except groceries ). The Wi-Fi worked great and had no trouble connecting and working from location. We loved the patio/deck furniture high top table and chairs very comfortable and put you up above the railing for a better view, we actually wrote down the brand and are ordering a set for our deck at home. Easy access to the parking structure across the street with a connecting walkway on the 3rd floor to building, had the whole 4th floor of garage to ourselves. Check out was as easy just texted the rental company when we left, would definitely stay here again.

Property management company very organized. Condo clean and well maintained. Only small complaint is only receiving one toilet paper and dishwasher soap for a weeks stay.

Overall experience was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Even beach toys! Owner was very accommodating when we needed an extra set of chairs at the beach. She responded to inquiries very quickly. We would consider staying here again.

Our stay at the condo was excellent. Everything was clean and in nice working condition. Our week at the beach and the surrounding Panama City Beach area was great. Shopping and great food was readily available. You did an excellent job of keeping everything organized before our stay by using emails.
