Sep 2020What can I say? I didn't want to leave! The unit was beautiful, comfy, clean and stocked. Good location, the views were unbeatable, private beach access, beautiful pool area and tiki bar. Even in bad weather the second day we didn't mind because of the place we were in. Just for information for the owners and their future guests. The dryer would not work. Though I only needed it for lack of wanting to iron, lol. And, for the people who love to cook, there should be a little bit bigger size of dish liquid (antibacterial), paper towels and trash bags. Since you are asked to wash dishes and take out trash before leaving. Otherwise, this property pretty much had it all. The staff was pleasant and respectful and I will definitely come back!

Aug 2022We loved staying at this property. The location was great and the condo was fantastic! (Just as it was listed). Check in was easy and communication prior to that was prompt and informative. My only negative was there were only 4 towels for the whole condo. I would advise bringing extras. (Or at least I will next time). :)

Oct 2020We just checked out this morning and the location and beach view were by far the best things about this rental. The reviews I read before booking were all positive but upon my arrival the unit didn’t seem very clean... Dust was still on the ceiling fans, decor, kitchen cabinets etc. The very first night my mom had to wash the bedding on the trundle before my sister could even use it. It was dirty and smelled awful. The very first night we had to get maintenance to come out because the fridge would not cool down. Turned out it had been turned off and something was blocked that wouldn’t let it cool. They only left one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so make sure and bring your own. The rugs had stains and just looked dirty.. The kiddie pool/splash pad that is in the ad was closed. That was a huge disappointment because it was a main reason I even booked for my toddler daughters. Both sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open and close. Two nights in to our stay we had to get maintenance back out because all of our key cards to the room had quit working so we had to have them all replaced. Not enough hot water for showers. The location and 22nd floor views were wonderful. Cleanliness and other things could definitely be improved on though!

Jun 2019We have never had a bad experience anywhere in Panama at all the different resorts we’ve previously stayed . The minute we spoke with the first person was nothing but lies . Check in was 1.5 hours late , temperature at ALL times was 86+ initially no kitchen sink . M aintenance man was working very diligently to attempt to fix the problem which was resolved somewhat at almost midnight. They told us they would get us another room since ours was so hot which was so untrue , never once even tried . We were at the office and front desk daily even after hours and called so much in an attempt to have something done as we had small children . We kept fans running curtain and light off to attempt to reduce temperature . We were told by several other staff members the floor we were on should not have been rented at all due to the hurricane and things which had not been repaired yet. In my opinion and several others they knew of this issue and didn’t even attempt to make us aware so we could make other reservations not once . We were with another couple who decided to try and stay the entire duration but we left three days into our vacation we were so miserable . The grounds itself was very nice and all staff members except owners as well as front desk staff . I do want to recognize the maintenance staff as well as security which were very helpful and tried to help us as much as they possibly could with fans etc . We were told we would be refunded a deposit and that’s it which quite frankly is absurd to me . My advice spend the extra money , and go to another hotel !! Worst vacation ever and too much money threw away with our only planned vacation for the year. It was very disappointing for us but mainly our children in which we’re so excited for this trip .

Mar 2020Very happy with our stay here. The views were wonderful! The condo was clean and had plenty of supplies to get the trip started. We had no issues with parking or elevators. We spent most of our time on the beach and already want to come back!

Jul 2019This condo was amazing! It literally had everything we needed. The bedrooms were great (loved having a separate little room for the kids) the bathrooms were big with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed cook with. We really loved the balcony view (being on the 22nd floor was an amazing view!) The whole property was nice and clean. We didn’t have one bad experience. I would say the security folks were kinda rude but I understand they are just trying to keep people safe and happy. I would 100% book again!

Sep 2020The unit was very clean, we love where it was located at, the swimming pool was beautiful, the tiki bar right beside it was very convenient for us to get snacks and drinks, the only problem we had was our refrigerator was not cold like it should have been, we called the front desk to see if somebody would come and look at it but they didn’t so we put our food in our cooler with ice in it, and our front door the deadbolt did not work, we have a two and four-year-old children who can open the door and go out so that was the only problem we had the The deadbolt on the front door did not work and the refrigerator was not cold other than that it was amazing experience and I definitely will rent from this unit again thank you thank you thank you,

Aug 2020The property was to clean but need some update and need maintenance. I think was too expensive for it condition. But good things about it, has a wonderful view awesome we was in the 22 floor ❤️. And the property has everything that you can need.

Oct 2020The décor and view were amazing. But, we had daily issues. The safe was locked open (repaired) No batteries in Master BR remote. Maintenance brought batteries and tv still did not work! He said he would be back in 5 min. he never showed the entire evening! We were livid!! After a 15 hour drive we wanted to lay in bed and watch the debates, but we could not. Towels were filthy not washed. One was hanging over the door. We have pictures of the towel. The new dryer was broke (it was repaired later...could not wash our sheets upon arrival) Door lock broke..repaired later. But they left our door propped for over 15 min (no one was in the room...we could have easily been robbed! This was a very dangerous act leaving our room unattended with our personal belongings, jewelry cameras etc and l;eaving door propped open???) There was a note upon arrival that our water would be shut off the next morning at 9 am. We went to Walmart and came back at 10:45 (that is when we found our door propped open...extremely unhappy about this!!!). They showed up and said we are just now shutting off your water. Are you kidding me? We were not happy. Fire alarm went off in the hotel (not in our room) Luckily I heard something and the alarm was going off in the stairs...ran down 22 flights of stairs) Had there been an actual emergency we would not have known with no alarm in our room. Many residents had no idea because they did not hear it either! Could have been a negative outcome! The fireman cleared us to our rooms! Had dinner plans in Destin. Came back from the beach. We all showered, but when it was my husband's turn...no water! He called front desk..they had no idea... he told them that he would be taking a bath in the pool then. Their response was...if that's what you got to do. And he did! He could not wash his hair so he had to wear a ball cap in Destin and to dinner. Not happy one bit about that!!! Found out later the pipe bursts. We went down to spend time with our son who is in the US Air Force and leaving for South Korea. He was supposed to stay with us and his girlfriend but with the water situation etc, they stayed at their apartment since they needed water to get ready for work! A very unhappy experience. Celeste from the Welcome Center was amazing. She did issue a credit and provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella for a day. She was very polite and undstanding. Fantastic Customer Service A+++ for her!

Jun 2020The apt is amazing size very clean and organized. I think they just need a Kehrig coffee machine and a new dryer. We were not able to dry or clothes. But not a big deal. The pool are amazing the staff are very friendly. Ohh. They need to explain that is only 1 parking free. The second car next to pay parking. Overall it is the best place I had stay in Panama City.

Jun 2021Our family felt like we had plenty of room and our view Amazing. It was a bit tight "seating wise" when watching movies but we made it work by squeezing people in the couch. Kitchen had everything you could want when cooking and the bedrooms were perfect for our family of six.

Apr 2017Had a wonderful time with family. The resort property was clean, full of space, lots of closets, and comfortable. Great view of the beach, covered parking, and walking distance to most attractions. Security was pleasant and kept to the rules and regulations. Great amentities given at sign in and registration easy.

Jan 2020Great experience for a last minute getaway. Loved the view from the bedroom and enjoyed the pool within the property. It was a little cold for the beach but it was nice to have it close by.

Mar 2021Everything listed was accurate. We drove two separate vehicles so check in was ok but the security guard was awful. I was told he had no correlation with the unit itself so I won’t blame the property mangment we rented from for this! Great view, overall perfect
