Spacious property with a very traditional feel! Great for families and large groups. We were very surprised of how big the property was. Beds and doonas were super comfortable and warm. Pick up and drop off service from Ilyama station was very convenient. Loved that brekkie was included and location was excellent!

Cleanliness could be improved compared to Japanese standards but that’s probably cause it’s run by international workers. The bathrooms were very cold so would have been nice to have it heated given it was winter. The property had a musty smell throughout but it didn’t concern us at all.

huge spacious place, nice location close to Main Street and easily walkable to gondola station, helpful staff

toilets were cold (but it was winter), bathroom was fine once hot water was started but heater couldn’t quite reach toilets. heater timer needed some figuring out :) we didn’t realize we set it wrong the first night and it turned off so room was quite cold when we woke up (but that’s not their fault, just do check before u go to bed!)

Kitchen equipment a bit limited, not enough glasses, plates, cooking pans, etc..... Oven very small and not so clean.

Big and comfortable! Super friendly staff. Easy access to the slopes (5 min walk) and even smoother to get to onsens and restaurants night time. Both western beds and futons. There was six of us but the place can comfortably fit the double.

The kitchen utensils seemed a bit old and worn. But they were clean and worked just fine, so that’s really not a big negative.
