In der Gegend war es sehr ruhig, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurden täglich 2 Wasserflaschen vor die Tür gestellt.

The couple that runs this hotel is very kind, polite and helpful. She always smiles and makes you feel at home. Also the location is superb, the shower was great and we got free bottles of water every day.

The bed was too hard for us, so we barely slept. But if you like your mattress like this, there shouldn't be a problem. There is a washing machine, but lord knows how it works bc it's quite ancient. Also the barking dog during the (whole) night was quite annoying, but that's not the hotels fault.

A comfortable room. There is everything you need.

The air conditioner blows directly on the bed. I had to hang a curtain in front of him. The faucet was leaking. I had to fix it with kitchen tongs.

The staff were rude. The property does not look like what the pictures look like as well as multiple things wrong with the room. The location is awful there is nothing around. The staff member struggle to speak english so there was a huge language barrier. We checked in at 3.30pm and checked out at 5pm to stay elsewhere as the place was that bad, the owners refused to give us a refund for our stay and have not been cooperative what so ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

it was amazing!! literally perfect. such a nice appartement with all the equipment that you need like a microwave, toaster ect. everyday you get free water and the lady is very nice

It is rare in Koh Tao to find a room with a kitchenette! :) The apartment is small but comfortable, with everything you need. The location is good if you have a scooter.

The apartment on the ground floor is very dark

Nice lil apartment . Comfy bed . Cold air con. All facilities for cooking. Couple restaurants minimart laundry 2 mins walk . Lovely helpful family running hotel..

TV not working . Broken shower head .. Damn noisy cat yelling loudly in the hallway at 2am ..
