The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable for a family of four. It was very clean. The neighborhood was nice.
We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom. I told James and he said everything should be working okay but it was not. Unfortunately something was wrong and we didn’t get help to fix it. We had to shower with cold water for 5 days :( and given it was October and quite cold that made our stay less enjoyable.

the apartment itself was great. It was big and comfortable with everything we needed. The host rally card for us and was there when we needed him, which was a lot, as our luggage was lost by the airline. Th locality had shops, bars and restaurants, and great links to the City

James was always a phone call away. Beautiful apartment.
Not a strong dislike but maybe some details like hand soap in the kitchen and a box of tissue somewhere. Thank you for providing soap and hair dryer.

James was exceptional! He was so kind and accommodating, we arrived early and he let us leave our luggage in the apartment so we didn't have to drag it around New York. The unit was so clean and comfortable, we are already planning to go back there
next year. Thank you James for showing us how kind New York is.

If you are looking for a clean and nice location…this is the place to be. Extremely clean and nicely furnished.  all the needed amenities.  Will definitely stay here again if in the New York area. Bathroom nice and clean.

Apartment was clean and tidy, in a good neighborhood. Our host was great, very attentive and always reachable. Wi-fi worked well, kitchen well equipped. Recommend!

the apartment is very large and has a good position. the house is very humid during the night but there are air conditioners in all rooms.
at our arrival the bathroom was not clean, completely dirty! the Wi-Fi didn't work well in the whole house!

James was an attentive and responsive host, and the property was just as advertised - spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We had a great stay and hope to be able to return for another visit.

It was very spacious and comfortable. Modern, clean, tidy and safe.
Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and there was no sink plug.
